Evropski podnebni pakt bo pomagal širiti znanje o znanstveno utemeljenih podnebnih ukrepih in zagotavljal podlago za ukrepanje. Predstavil bo obstoječe rešitve, ki lahko služijo kot zgled in v poduk, mrežam in skupnostim pa bo pomagal uresničiti njihove podnebne cilje.

- Imenovanje ambasadorjev, ki sodelujejo z ljudmi, v skupnostih in mrežah
- Vključevanje znanstvenih dognanj v vsakodnevno ukrepanje
