I am a psychologist, climate activist, and committed member of the Portuguese Red Cross, working to position the organization as a leader in climate crisis response and community resilience across its national network. As an ECP Ambassador, I aim to embed a “do no harm” approach, ensuring no one is left behind. Internally, I will reduce and offset our carbon footprint, while externally, I plan to educate, raise awareness, and prepare communities to adapt and respond to the climate crisis.

As a young activist and freelance journalist, I am focused on reaching young people and small communities in Portugal. I am an advocate for climate and human rights defender. Above all, I am a storyteller. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I intend to raise awareness and knowledge among people about the climate crisis. We have never experienced such an urgent need for climate action as we do today. My goal is to engage more people in the fight for climate justice, through content creation, journalism and published articles, workshops and talks. I believe we all can act on our local community and create a big impact. 

I am a primary education teacher since 1999 and currently the Environmental Education Coordinator at the Primary Education Directorate of 3rd Athens8. I conduct innovative environmental initiatives in schools and have authored six books on the subject. I hold a degree in European Culture and a master’s in Educational Sciences, specializing in Distance Education. I am also pursuing a PhD in Distance Education. I coordinate the "Schools for Climate" network and promote climate action in education.

În calitate de primar al orașului Odobești, de vicepreședinte sau primvicepresedinte AOR, timp de 16 ani am militat pentru reducerea poluării, pentru identificarea de soluții, înființarea unor programe de finanțare sau adoptarea de acțiuni menite sa transforme orașele în  Orașe inteligente, în poli  de dezvoltare urbana care sa creeze infrastructura necesara pentru conectarea comunele din jur la rețelele de utilități publice ale orașelor , deservind astfel un nr mai mare de locuitori.

I am the co-founder of Divanul Verde, an organization that guides businesses on their journey to a sustainable future. Because today's young generation and future generations will be the most affected by climate change, they should be best prepared for a sustainable future. Thus, I started to implement eco-literacy programs among young people such as Letters for the Planet, The Green Postman, and The Green Eco-Agency. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I aim to continue and expand all these actions.

I am a biologist and professor at UCLouvain, ecofeminist, and administrator of the NGO Alliance for Equality in Academia. I raise awareness of how climate and biodiversity crises affect gender equality, speaking at events such as CARE Belgium’s 2025 “Climate Change is Sexist” conference. As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, I promote ecofeminism, land restoration, and women-led sustainability initiatives in Belgium and Africa.

Pact Ambassador for Finland

I am a geography and English teacher at three secondary schools in Croatia, where I integrate climate topics in teaching. As an eTwinning Ambassador, Erasmus+ coordinator and UNESCO ASPnet coordinator, I raise awareness on climate action beyond the classroom. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I will create a school workshop guide, organise a regional climate event, attend the Brussels workshop, and lead student actions on recycling, reducing plastics and heritage protection.

As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I will leverage BioBliss to promote green innovation and circular economy solutions. Using my established network, I will engage as a moderator, speaker, and presenter at sustainability events and on social media. I will also collaborate with my high school to mentor students, raise awareness, and organize Climate Pact–related educational initiatives, inspiring youth-led climate action.

I am not only a Climate Pact Ambassador, I am also a husband, a father and an engaged volunteer and concerned citizen of how we together can make our planet become a better place to live and coexist on.

Together with the Inner Development Goals (IDG) I am convinced that the work to reach the SDG will go faster. We have to go from knowing to doing! The shift from linear to circular economy and sustainable consumption must spread and become everyone's first choice.

Time is running out and our knowledge about how to make sustainable choices has to increase. I work in public health care using the standard of ISO 14001 to undertake audits of environment and risks that are connected with dangerous waste and chemicals. I coordinate a local IDG hub in Gothenburg and do volunteer work at a documentary film club.

As a Climate Pact ambassador and politician in Lidköping municipality. I am passionate about sustainable development, climate transition and circular economy – to take advantage of resources and create sustainable cycles. My commitment is also to strengthen the links between the EU and local and regional work. Through dialogue, I want to inspire more people to contribute to a sustainable future.

I am an experienced generalist in innovation. In recent years, I have focused on developing innovations based on challenges to solve complex or simple sustainability issues. The heat zones, consumer-level circular economy awareness, and digitalization as a supportive toolset have been at the heart of my actions. I have developed many successful EU funding proposals with some effort in radical or disruptive innovations, helping and supporting areas of sustainability where no man has stepped before.

Former lawyer and managing partner of a major Luxembourg  firm, I embarked on a spiritual path and became a vegetarian.

This was the starting point for a cascade of ecological awareness and radical changes including:

- a drastic reduction of family carbon emission

- sustainable finance

- action to protect the biodiversity

- creation of the Association Végétarienne in Luxembourg with the aim to “ reduce meat/fish consumption by 50% by 2040, by participating with local actors in the awakening of citizens to the ecological transition, through the promotion of local and regenerative vegetable products”

I am convinced that:

- Individual responsibility is key to challenging the political and industrial sectors

- You can change the world with the food on your plate!

- The global food system needs to evolve

- Change can be made through inspiration and not through fear and guilt

- The exponential curve of a virtuous circle is just as powerful than that of a vicious circle

- United we stand, divided we fall!

I am the managing director of the energy consulting company opportunities & friends GmbH and the geothermal company Geothermie Karlsfeld GmbH. I am also a lecturer at the university of applied science HSWT Freising for renewable energy topics and one of the board member of the BürgerEnergie Garcing eG.

I am an economist and researcher at the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH), working on projects that promote sustainable business, green entrepreneurship, and regional transition. Based in Western Macedonia, I focus on empowering youth, SMEs, and local communities to adopt circular and low-carbon practices. I am passionate about connecting innovation with social and environmental responsibility.

Drawing from my own experiences as a refugee from Kashmir, Pakistan, I am committed to ensuring meaningful participation in climate conversations. I am on a mission to link climate change and displacement, advocating for the inclusion of marginalised voices especially women, in global discussions. I actively promote the intersection of climate change, displacement, and international dialogues. My extensive experience as an advisor and consultant to institutions such as the UN, EU Commission, World Bank, WTO, GIZ, and more has provided valuable insights into the importance of women of color participating in projects focused on diversity and inclusion. I am dedicated to empowering women in displacement situations and advocating for feminist foreign policies. My mission is clear: to influence decision-making processes, bridge gaps in global discussions, and ensure that the most vulnerable to climate change are not left behind. 

After twenty years of expedition experience in polar, deserts, and high altitude environments, I have been an eye-witness to climate change most of my life.  I have made investigative documentary films and wrote two books, and many articles. I have taken 200+ CEO’s to Svalbard  and Antarctica to see for themselves the effects of climate change and what they can do to improve  sustainable practices. I will continue with keynotes about the science of climate change, moderation of conferences. 

I am a journalist, researcher and sustainbility expert bridging the gap between climate policy and everyday life—translating European goals into local action and carrying citizens’ and business voices back to policymakers. Through journalism, education, and community initiatives, I aim to make climate dialogue inclusive and practical. My 2025 actions include clean-ups, school programs, podcasts, trainings for small business owners and public forums that connect people and policy.

I am a student engaged in a double degree at Sciences Po, deeply committed to empower people with knowledge and build bridges between people and our planet. As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, I want to inspire local action through open conferences, creative campaigns, and playful workshops for younger generation. My action is driven by the belief that people’s empowerment is the key to encourage change and pave the way for a better future, on environmental and on social justice issues.
