I am a mechanical engineer with experience in renewable energy and IT. During my work at a major IT corporation, I gained hands-on expertise in energy efficiency and data-center energy applications. Through my thesis research, I developed a solid understanding of legislation, regulatory frameworks, and European initiatives aimed at strengthening reporting standards and combating greenwashing practices.

I am Roberto Cavallo, founding member of ERICA cooperative, a company active for almost 30 years in the field of environmental consultancy all around the world, both technical and communicative.

I founded the International Association for Environmental Communication (AICA) which since 20 years ago organises the international award called the Oscar of Environmental Communication and which manages the envi.info website.

In 2014 I promoted running by collecting waste with the Keep Clean And Run event, a discipline now known as plogging, which now involves millions of people around the world and I am the director of the World Plogging Championship.

Since 2018 on my social channels, I conduce #envinews, with which I comment on the main environmental news.

I am periodically a guest of RAI (Italian national public TV) to comment on environmental news or for in-depth information, in particular on the topic of the circular economy.

I will use all these channels as a Pact Climate Ambassador!

I am a dedicated educator with a deep passion for teaching Math and Physics. As a member of the Ministry of Education Territorial Training Team, a Mathematics and Physics Teacher at Liceo Scientifico Calini in Brescia, a member of Euclipa, a Scientix ambassador, and a volunteer at the digital editorial team of Missione Oggi Onlus, I actively promote digital innovation and implement innovative methodologies in schools. My commitment to the environment is unwavering, and I have a profound love for animals and nature. My professional experience spans a wide range of fields, including communication and multimedia, but my most significant and rewarding work is in education.

I believe in the power of education to drive change and inspire future generations. Through my work, I strive to integrate sustainability and technology into the curriculum, providing students with hands-on learning experiences that foster critical thinking and creativity. I am passionate about helping students understand the importance of environmental stewardship and the role that science and technology can play in creating a sustainable future.

I am a greenfluencer. I believe that green modernization cannot happen without public support, which is why I use my social media to explain topics related to the climate crisis. I highlight the problems that the climate crisis brings, but primarily focus on finding solutions. My goal is to reach a wide audience by presenting these topics in an engaging and understandable way. The areas I focus on include decarbonization, nature conservation, and encouraging my followers to take personal action.

The vice-mayor of Metropolitan city of Milan aims to promote a cultural change in individual and collective behaviours by involving municipalities citizens companies and public authorities on enviromental social and economic sustainability issues enabiling our territories to become climate change resilient.

I'm Julien Challandes, an ocean lover. As a former diving instructor, I realised that my lifestyle was contributing to the destruction of living things. So I radically changed my daily habits. And I created Blutopia in March 2018. After 3 years of digging into every topic (plastics, finance, energy, transport), we decided to focus on food. As a Pact Ambassador, I will continue to lead actions for gourmet and sustainable food, including screening, school interventions or cooking workshops.

I am a climate change activist involved in various forums and expert groups with a focus on innovation and climate change to catalyse systemic transformation. My activities will focus on accelerating scalable and sustainable solutions through workshops educational activities climate innovation projects and seminars that promote a change of mindset in the way we live we move we consume and we produce taking into account the different perspectives of all stakeholders.

I am a Mechanical and Aeronautics Engineer, holding a MSc in Energy Production Management and a MA in Environment and Sustainable development. Nowadays, I continue my research as a PhD candidate in the field of Impact of Climate Change on Water Supply Networks at National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. I am responsible for the Unit of Water Resources at Laboratory of Climatology and Atmospheric Environment.

My main field of current research is the hydraulic modelling of Water Distribution Network for Water Leakage mitigation, effects on Water Safety Plans and Climate Crisis.

I am working closely with Greek municipalities to organise Climate Neutrality Plans and take part in EU Mission Cities "100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030"

Finally, I am involved in volunteering through Hellenic Red Cross as a Samaritan, having dealt with the biggest disasters of Attica as a Head Chief of the Branch of Athens.

I am a doctoral researcher in Climate Crisis and Public Understanding, researching effective science communication for both academic and non-expert audiences. With a background in Physics and Pedagogy, I engage in outreach through conferences, workshops, and hands-on STEM activities, making complex climate topics accessible and engaging. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I aim to drive climate action by creating educational experiences that resonate across diverse communities.

I am committed to promoting sustainability, renewable energy, and food waste reduction. Through workshops and presentations at the University of Hohenheim, I aim to engage students and staff in climate-smart agriculture and sustainable practices. I also collaborate with local schools on solar energy education through interactive sessions. Additionally, I am coordinating food waste reduction campaigns for events to promote composting and redistribution strategies, fostering sustainable behaviour

Vincent Chauvet is the mayor (MoDem) of Autun, in Bourgogne - Franche Comté. He has chaired the Group for Responsible Management of Burgundy Forests since 2014. In his elected office, he is also involved in water management, sanitation, protection of biodiversity, and distribution of water, new energies as well as in the management of household waste with in particular the zero waste approach launched in 2020.

Motivation: We absolutely need to leave a better world to our children and grand children.

Background: Thesis on solar energy (1979), 35 years of work with EU programmes (Project officer in FP1, 1985), wide network of contacts in the EU and MENA countries.

As an Ambassador, I will use all my knowledge and contacts to promote the awareness about the need to fight Climate Change, and I will support relevant stakeholders in accessing EU programmes to fund their operational projects in the area.

I am a medical doctor, researcher, and climate activist. I believe that, in order to meet the goals set in the Paris Agreement, we need to mobilise efforts across different sectors and within the community. As an Ambassador, I intend to develop citizens' initiatives on climate action, together with community members, so that we can bring it to Parliament and make a change. The development of conferences and awareness raising initiatives with social media can alter climate change course.

From a western literature major in university to climate literacy professional now, I act as a proactive and multi-lingual communicator and public speaker with personal focus in climate education and training by making impactful use of words. With that commitment in climate education, I like to support people to raise the awareness on climate change and mobilize the target audience for behavioral changes with effective and inclusive engagement.

As an Ambassador, I plan to continue my activities in the sphere of sustainable development and circular economy. In my line of work I am involved in numerous activities for both awareness raising activities among citizens and professionals, and technical input in legislation development at national and EU level. 

I am genuinely excited about what the future holds, and this enthusiasm guides all the work I do. I am a board member at Rethink Romania, a think tank focusing on the future of Romania. We dive into topics like demography and education to strategise on how to create a better tomorrow. I play with the future(s) everyday through my roles within Climate Change Summit and Future Summit, large regional conversation platforms on climate solutions and futures thinking. My endeavours revolve around building a sustainable and inclusive future, catalysing change through dynamic platforms of discussion, collaboration, and action.

As an ECP Ambassador, I will leverage my expertise in governance, leadership, and urban health to promote sustainable urban practices aligned with SDG 11. I focus on advising cities on how to address climate impacts through energy-efficient infrastructure, public transport, and green spaces. My civic leadership background enables collaboration with local governments and communities, fostering grassroots participation and driving climate action that supports EU sustainability and carbon neutral.

Young-jin is heading the impact and ESG practice at Vidia Equity, a newly established climate impact private equity investor. Prior to joining Vidia, he served as the Head of Research at PHINEO gAG’s impact investing advisory team with a focus on promoting the practice of impact measurement and management. Young-jin holds three master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering (RWTH Aachen), International Business Studies (University of Maastricht) and Politics, Philosophy and Economics (LMU Munich).
