As a doctoral researcher focused on circular economy solutions, I am passionate about driving systemic change through scientific innovation. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I plan to engage my academic networks in sustainability dialogues, advocate for universities to strengthen their climate commitments, and provide evidence-based guidance on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. I will connect with student groups to help amplify their voices and actions on climate justice. My scientific background allows me to communicate credibly on environmental issues and policies. I aim to inspire my peers to confront the climate emergency through local green initiatives and grassroots activism. Together, our generation can build momentum to achieve a just, sustainable future.

I am a PhD student researching Positive Energy Districts as part of the Sustainability Research Group of the University of Basel, and have published papers where I focus on energy justice as well as energy poverty. I see climate change mitigation as vital! I am a member of the Fairteiler group that provides a food pantry which is stocked daily with food we collect from supermarkets that would otherwise be thrown away. In this way we reduce food waste and encourage a more sustainable community.

I drive sustainability through technology, helping to reduce their environmental impact. My expertise spans blockchain strategy, NFT, Machine learning, Metaverse ecosystems, drones, and leading immersive tech transformations.

As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I have contributed to global sustainability initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to create innovative solutions I advocate for climate action through conferences, workshops, debates, and film screenings. I also develop VR/AR experiences, escape rooms, and NFT-based solutions to engage people in climate issues, carbon credits, and sustainable practices. Additionally, I integrate drone technology to enhance environmental monitoring and precision agriculture.

I make climate policy accessible to young people to build up an empowered generation of climate policy experts and campaigners. I am the founder and CEO of ClimaTalk, an international youth-led non-profit organisation demystifying climate policy. We have so far published over 500 short and accessible articles covering 15+ areas of climate policy. We're also conducting award-winning live coverage from UNFCCC climate conferences. We're a team of 100+ volunteers from 30+ countries and 6 continents.

Robert Heinecke is an entrepreneur, futurist thinker and smart city expert. 

He is the CEO of Breeze Technologies, a German industry leader in air quality sensors, data and analytics, which he founded in 2015. 

Robert regularly speaks and publishes on the topic of smart and sustainable cities, air quality and climate action. 

Through his work at Breeze, he enables startups and other organisations to pilot solutions that can mitigate climate pollutant emissions and improve local air quality.

As a passionate advocate focused on community engagement and education, I plan to launch a social media campaign to promote the European Climate Pact and share practical tips. Educational materials will be created, including a guidance document for organising climate workshops in schools. Additionally, I will support initiatives centred on land restoration and facilitate community gatherings to discuss local climate action. Through these efforts, the goal is to inspire greater involvement.

I am an advisor in Agriculture and Environment, working for a better world, where sustainability prevails and with actions that protect Biodiversity.

My main motivation as an ambassador is to help people see what is really happening right now with the climate crisis we are experiencing, what the consequences are and what are the benefits of taking action through making certain decisions and changing habits. I also want to help network companies that, with a common purpose, will together be able to make a greater positive impact on the planet and society.

Over the last 15-years I have been helping organizations developing platforms to address sustainability in airline and automobile transportation through carbon neutral biofuels, plastic and electronic recycling technologies, and remote sensing (satellites and UAVs) for agricultural and atmospheric management.

As an ambassador I will provide on-line seminars to educate and train various organizational networks on ESG policy, renewable energy initiatives, and MRV to foster a net-zero economy.

Climate change and its consequences are one, if not THE, major subject of our century.

Whether on the sets of the channels, radio for which I have worked for many years and on my networks, I try to  help as many people as possible understand the problem and relay the solutions and good news to give hope and push for mobilization. Access to information is essential for me to push for action.

As an Ambassador for the European Climate Pact, I intend to continue to educate on theses topics.

I am a Decarbonisation and ESG Subject Matter Expert at Plan A, Europe's leading emissions management and decarbonisation platform. With a Master's in Climate Change, Management and Finance, and years' of experience in various businesses, I am interested in amping up Slovakia's pace at the intersection of sustainability and business. As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, I aim to educate my network from this region on the impact sustainability professionals can have in any business.

I lead a platform that aims to empower (not only) youth to be engaged and active. Hub (online and offline) provides opportunities to volunteer, network, learn and act. As climate justice initiative - we also provide safe space where the voice of the youth and disadvantaged population groups can be louder through activism, participation, active citizenship, volunteering and knowledge sharing. We tend to develop skills and build capacities in circular economy and climate change related topics.

I am Leonie Hoffmann, a dedicated youth climate advocate with a Master’s in Sustainability and Social Innovation, currently serving as a sustainability consultant. As a speaker at the Summit of the Future High-Level Side Event in New York 2024, I urged urgent climate action and championed agency for future generations. I’ve moderated key discussions and served as a panelist on Climate Day 2024. Passionate about fostering climate awareness, I am launching my own podcast at the end of 2024.

I think the future will be better than we think but we have to do more to get there. I am life-long learner especially for sustainable aspects, a thriving facilitator, climate fresker, ecoparent, composter, cyclist sharing my time between France and Germany,  animating, speaking, organising events destinated to sensibilise people and business in my surroundings for social and environmental aspects. 

I am a 20-year-old student and climate activist, working with civil society, the private sector and international politics to ensure intergenerational collaboration in the sustainability transition. For the past years, I have led numerous youth organizations, initiatives and programs, all focused on leveraging the potential of my generation in changing the world. Now, as Finland's Youth Delegate for Climate, I work at the UNFCCC as a strong advocate for climate justice in all of its forms.

Jeg er uddannet miljøingeniør. Jeg er 55 år. til dagligt er jeg Direktør i Klimatorium. Jeg er gift og har 4 børn 8( alderen 13-22 år). Derudover ejer jeg et stykke skov og natur. I min fritid dyrker jeg natur, løb, Karate og jagt.

Mine mål som Klimaambassadør:

- Udbrede budskabet om klimapagten igennem mit hverv som Direktør i Klimatorium.

- 5 opslag pr. måned på sociale medier, om konkrete klimahandlinger jeg er involveret i.

- jeg faciliterer det årlige klimatopmøde, børneklimamøde, ungdomsklimamøde i Klimatorium

- Jeg arbejder målrettet på at Klimaudfordringer skal vendes til noget positivt. Det være sig som nye løsninger, nye jobs, spændende uddannelser, muligheder for at leve med klimaforandringerne.

- jeg vil være aktiv i samarbejdet med andre klimaambassadører i Europa og lære af andres erfaringer.

(translation) I am a 55 year old trained environmental engineer, and the Director of Climatorium. I am married and have 4 children 8 (ages 13-22 years). In addition, I own a piece of forest and nature. In my spare time I enjoy nature, running, Karate and hunting.

My goals as a Climate Ambassador:

- Spread the message of the Climate Pact through my role as Director of Climatorium.

- 5 posts per month on social media about concrete climate actions I am involved in.

- I facilitate the annual climate summit, children's climate meeting, youth climate meeting in Climatorium

- I work purposefully to turn climate challenges into something positive. Be it new solutions, new jobs, exciting education, opportunities to live with climate change.

- I want to be active in the collaboration with other climate ambassadors in Europe and learn from the experiences of others.

CEO of JH Compliance Consultancy and EU Climate Pact Ambassador, I lead transformative ESG and climate strategies across Europe. With 30+ years in EHS, ESG, and compliance, I help organisations align with the EU Green Deal, CSRD, and Net Zero goals. I champion decarbonisation, sustainable construction, and circular economy innovation turning climate policy into action while driving resilience, transparency, and impact.

I am 31 years old and I come from Prekmurje. As a child, I had cancer, leukemia. I am married, I am an activist, I have my own small business.

In elementary school I participated in the Eco-School programme, in secondary school I participated in the Eco-Parliament, in 2010 I was also the national champion in the Eco-Quiz. Nature, nature conservation and climate change have been with me all my life. I attended the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor. I am currently enrolled in a higher education program in Sustainable Development.

I also succeeded, as the only member of the Vesna Party - the Green Party, to become a municipal councillor of the Pomurje Region, that is the municipality of Turnišče.
