David Patterson

Drawing on my experience in responding to other global threats to public health from a law and human rights perspective, I am committed to rights-based community mobilisation for climate action and a just transition. In my role as President of the Law and Public Health Section (2026-2028) of the European Public Health Association (EUPHA), I will engage legal and public health experts to work with communities to respond to climate change as a cross-cutting public health issue.
