Green Forum (Grønt Forum)

Grønt Forum is Vejle Municipality’s centre for citizen engagement in sustainability, climate action and nature-based solutions. It serves as a collaborative platform connecting local communities, associations, youth groups, schools, businesses and public institutions in joint efforts towards a greener, more resilient future. 

Its mission is to empower citizens to take part in the green transition through learning, co-creation and local action. It facilitates workshops, dialogues and training programmes that strengthen climate awareness, behaviour change and community capacity. Grønt Forum coordinates and supports citizen-driven projects, such as micro forests, regenerative initiatives and climate ambassador activities, contributing to both local and global sustainability goals. 

Engaging more than 100 local stakeholders, Grønt Forum builds bridges between citizens and policymakers, ensuring that climate action is inclusive, practical and rooted in local communities.
