I am really passionate about sustainability, I am trying to live a low-impact lifestyle. Through my platform as a sustainability “influencer” and through my company I work to inspire people and companies to learn more and to take action against climate change. Becoming an Ambassador of the European Climate Pact would give me a bigger platform to reach more people - as here in Bulgaria we have many miles to go. I share the values of the Pact, I firmly believe in the science-based approach.

My scope of activity as an ambassador involves organising educational activities such as presentations and workshops on various topic that are related to the European Green Deal. My mission as a climate community leader is to connect people that are willing to be the part of the change. Alongside other activities, I create climate content on my social media with the main aim of spreading awareness and sharing information about the current challenges. 

I would like to encourage the young people to become part of the healing process to our planet. 

Their creativity and energy shall be navigated by awareness of the climate and result in responsible consumption and appreciation of nature. 

Through the Arts we would like to reach out and to foster the ability to enjoy and preserve our beautiful planet.

I am a high school student and aspiring ecologist working to dispell climate anxiety and engage fellow youth into the highest impact climate action they are capable of. I am a founder of a youth nature club and a member of the Romanian Ornithological Society.

I am a windsurfer, water sports instructor and a product designer. My passion for water sports connected me deeply with the sea and directed my focus towards ocean literacy and environmental protection. I strongly believe that outdoor sports can educate people more about environment and climate change. My planned activity as an ambassador is to raise awareness about the connection between ocean sustainability and climate change in Bulgaria.

I am an environmentalist with a personal and professional interest in sustainability. I work in the environmental NGO Baltic Environmental Forum Latvia and my specialities are strategic planning, sustainable mobility, sustainable consumption and environmental communication.

Instead of a few environmental activists who are performing on an excellent level, let's have millions of thoose who are starting with small actions! 

I am an ecologist with a unique passion. My work goes beyond researching and safeguarding biodiversity; I am on a mission to ignite people's interest in nature. With a background in storytelling and ecology, my aim is to help everyone understand the vital link between nature and our well-being.

My strategy is simple: create connections. I organise community activities, immersive field trips, and leverage social media to reveal the wonders of the natural world. Through these avenues, I emphasise that even small efforts can make a significant impact.

My message is clear: our existence depends on the balance of nature. By fostering a personal connection between individuals and the environment, I believe I can spark a movement to protect our planet. In a world facing increasing environmental threats, I use my storytelling and ecological expertise not just for promoting nature, but to hopfeully inspire others to protect our planet.

My activities will focus on supporting local governments and non-governmental organizations through: substantive training and workshops, environmental education and financing activities aimed at preventing climate change and minimizing its negative effects. I will encourage Mazovian cities to participate in the 'Green Cities' program. Moreover, I will disseminate knowledge and good practices of the "From farm to table" strategy in rural areas.

I grew up on the beautiful Caribbean coast of Mexico, a place that shaped my strong love for the environment. Living there, I witnessed firsthand the challenges of environmental degradation and the consequences of climate change. These experiences ignited my interest in sustainable development and the idea of just transitions. I am passionate about making a positive impact, both in my community and on a broader scale. I have a particular interest in contributing to the European Union's goals of addressing climate change, recognising them as a key player in international climate action.

Wishing to expand contacts with groups and entities related as professional in the marketing sector and involved with the business fabric and economic development in the Canary Islands, I feel committed to a better sustainable evolution for our environment. Facilitator of political and business synergies to carry out concrete actions. Some projects in which I have collaborated (Liwro Primates Reserve (Congo), Biomass Renewable Energies, improvement of digital processes, informative events ...)

I am a graduate student in France, currently studying in an Erasmus Mundus joint master degree program on decentralised smart energy systems at the University of Lorraine. My work is to build a better future for Europe and contribute to sustainability. Therefore, I plan to implement even more projects and be a part of the process of raising awareness about climate change in Europe and its neighboring countries within my mandate as a Young European Pact Ambassador. Within this excellent program of the EU Climate Pact, I will be able to more effectively raise awareness and reach more people to share information regarding sustainability, green deals, climate-related issues, and energy security in the EU and accession countries. As I obtained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience while studying in Poland as an Erasmus+ exchange student at the Rzeszów University of Technology, I plan to initiate excellent projects within the EU Climate Pact and also help other people get involved.

As an Ambassador of the EU Climate Pact I will bring knowledge and information on the progress of the Climate Pact to an increasing movement of Employee Climate Activists who seek to influence the conversation in their companies and want to know what they can demand from the companies they work for. The Undercover Activist is a learning Hub I co-founded with Tessa Wernink and we intend to train more and more employees in Positive Workplace Activism. Also we are bringing together organisations that have the same aims and objectives around employee activism. Up-to-date information on the EU Climate policies and laws helps us to empower employee activists in their internal demands, improve their projects and to stand next to them because they want to be part of the solution and not of the problem.

I am an energy policy and geopolitical risk advisor and researcher, currently working at CERTH Greece and as a PhD candidate at the University of York. I am also the founder of the Decentralized Solutions Global Network and a policy lead at YES-Europe, working with youth and local policy-makers to raise awareness on how they can convert their local communities into climate action champions.

As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I aim to maximise the undertsanding of each individual stakeholder on how they can harness existing policies to reduce their environmental footprint and how they can start the dialogue to revise any policy framework that is inhibiting that action.

But most importantly, I aim at empowering local communities in my region, helping them understand that the power is within their hands to change the narrative and take action that really mitigates the adverse effects of climate change. It is the time to stop contemplating on the damage done so far, and think of the future!

My ambition is to connect and engage entrepreneurial ecosystem stakeholders through facilitated interactions organized by our organization. We are newly established non-for-profit focusing on enlightenment and education in the areas of impact and green technology entrepreneurship for new entrepreneurs, startups, investors and general public. The role of Climate Pact Ambassador can strengthen our mission to highlight the importance of the issue of sustainability in entrepreneurship and advocacy.

My name is Annie and I am a passionate planet-lover, film addict and climate advocate. I work as an environmental consultant at a Film Academy in Prague and a research assistant at an Environmental Psychology think-tank. I am also a programmer at a documentary film festival that aims to popularise science. Through my work and other activities (e.g., various workshops, screenings, publications and research) I hope to help build spaces for curiosity and mutual understanding in the context of the changing climate as well as support others with the tools, strategies and active hope to participate in the fight for a more just and sustainable future.

As a strategic communication for social impact projects for over 10 years I think that awareness is one of the most important step in the transition to a sustainable society. The way in which we communicate with the general public the topics related to sustainable development can ensure its success and can mobilize the involvement of people in all the stages that will be needed towards a better world.
