This systemic tool supports organisations to achieve their objectives and overcome difficulties and challenges by facilitating collaboration. Sociocracy 3.0 is flexible to adapt to the multiple contexts of various organisations and provides keys to develop an agile mindset.

In the context of the green transition, agility and resilience are key to embrace the important structural changes to come. Sociocracy 3.0 allows organisations to evolve in a progressive and realistic way toward more sustainable and environmental-friendly models.
