Discover the fascinating relationship between colours and nutrition in a hands-on activity where we'll collect edible plants in Potsdam Park Sanssouci's clean and green surroundings.
Learn how the different colours in food relate to various nutrients and health benefits with @Katja Witzel from IGZ Leibniz-Institut für Gemüse- und Zierpflanzenbau and about foraging with @Norman Radeiski a wilderness educator from Potsdam.
When: June 14th from 16:00 to ~21:00. At Potsdam Park Sanssouci

What are we going to do:
- Learn scientifically supported facts about the foods we have available.
- Learn how to identify, use and store medicinal and edible herbs that grow in the wild in Potsdam, as well as to collect plants directly.
- You will make remedies and drinks with the plant that resonates with your health needs
- You will learn and receive printed notes after the event of the plants you harvested and learnt about.
- Cooking and eating lunch together outdoors.
- During the climate walk and the discussion we will be forest/nature bathing, and discussing how humans, ecosystems and the climate are connected.
Come learn more about it and see how it can change the way you look at plants!
