The Earth Society cordially invites you to a comprehensive session featuring Antonia Lueteken from DG AGRI, focusing on the complexities of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the dynamics behind recent farmers' protests. This event is set to illuminate the interconnectedness of EU agricultural policies, environmental sustainability, and the agricultural community's response.

Hybrid Format:

In-Person Attendance: Open primarily to EU Commission trainees. If you are not a trainee and wish to attend in person but do not have an EU Commission badge, please contact us directly to obtain a V-pass.

Online Participation: A Teams link will be provided upon registration, welcoming participants globally. We encourage interested individuals outside the EU Commission trainees to join us virtually.

Agenda:

  • Opening by the Earth Society. 
  • Insightful presentation by Antonia Lueteken, covering CAP intricacies and farmers' protests. 
  • Interactive Q&A session, allowing direct engagement with the speaker.
