Satellite event: So einfach – so genial – die Kochkiste

The principle is almost as old as mankind itself and can be found in various forms all over the world. The traditional method of cooking in insulated containers is once again attracting growing interest in view of rising energy prices and increasing environmental awareness. With a single cooking box, you can save up to 1 tonne of CO2 and 1,000 litres of water per year and thus protect the environment and your wallet; save time and - particularly interesting for parties and large kitchens - space on the cooker; achieve soft pulses, fluffy rice, fluffy dumplings, the most tender meat and creamy sauces; make your own yoghurt and tempeh; relax or do other work instead of standing at the cooker; have hot food ready for all family or group members at different times. The cooking box offers all of this. What's more, it's easy to build yourself from the simplest old materials, making it the best possible upcycling solution.
