Satellite event: Oltre l'Orizzonte / Beyond the Horizon

Public event that will address the critical issues, solutions and perspectives of the European environmental and climate strategy. 
Meeting characterised by the presence of an equal number of experts and administrators (approximately 2+2). Experts on specific topics will discuss with local and regional administrators confronting each other. The discussion will start with a short speech (10 min) by each expert, followed by a discussion based on two speeches (10 min) by the administrators, which will be followed by a debate coordinated by a presenter who will be present throughout the event. The debate, triggered by questions from the presenter, will last approximately 30 min followed by a discussion with the audience.
