The Intelligent Cities Challenge Conference & Mayors – Business Forum is the third and last in-person event of the Intelligent Cities Challenge (2022-2025 edition), bringing together more than 250 City and Business leaders from the ICC Core and Mentor Cities, urban development and transition experts, green and digital technology solutions providers, academics, and the European Commission, in short, the Intelligent Cities Challenge Community. The two-day event is organised at the Maison de la Poste in Brussels on 5 and 6 March 2025:
The objectives of the conference are to:
- Affirm the EU's commitment to partner with Cities in pursuing the EU Green Deal and the EU Green Deal
- Industrial Plan
- Inspire with successful Mentor and Core Cities LGD case studies
- Shed light on critical challenges and lessons learned by Core Cities in their LGD journey
- Create an in-depth understanding of how to deploy LGDs at a wider scale
- Contribute to shaping the future of EU policy, showcasing the importance of collaboration among cities and the private sector to deliver on sustainability and competitiveness objectives
- Provide evidence of collaborative cities-businesses achievements and facilitate joint city-industry action.
