EUrban Game is an interactive, urban role-playing game designed to engage participants in exploring the principles and objectives of the European Green Deal and sustainable development. Taking place across various locations in Ravenna, Faenza, Lugo, and Russi, the game challenges participants to solve problems and complete tasks related to climate action, environmental sustainability, and the impacts of human activity on the planet.
Through immersive storytelling and real-life scenarios, participants (ages 16 and up) are guided to reflect on the potential consequences of failing to achieve the European Green Deal’s targets and the Agenda 2030 objectives. Each session involves a series of challenges, quizzes, and interactive activities in the heart of the city, fostering critical thinking and teamwork.
The game aims to raise awareness of the climate crisis and the role citizens can play in mitigating its effects. EU Urban Game is part of the broader Europe Game project, coordinated by the Europe Direct Centre of Romagna.
