Satellite event: Climate risk analysis in legal decision making. A comparative perspective of the scientific literature

The event aims to raise awareness of the scientific debate on the framing of climate risk and methods of risk analysis, based on the latest IPCC AR6, the Reports of the European Scientific Advisory Board on Climate Change, and the literature of the 'credibility gap' in states' climate. In addition, the meeting will provide an insight into the implementation methods of the European 'DNSH' principle.
