Satellite event: 5th Spanish EU Climate Pact Ambassadors Summit. Climate Change in the context of the primary sector and the agro-food industry

The event has a national character and is entitled: "Climate Change in the context of the primary sector and the agro-food industry". In addition to the presence of European Ambassadors representing Spain, the conference will have the participation of trade unions representing workers in the sector, professional associations that will deal with the most technical issues, as well as representatives of the public administration, as well as managers of public funds dedicated to dealing with the ecological transition.

The summit is organized in two days, the first one will take place on April 19th at the Agrobiotech Park in Lleida at 5 pm. In this case, successful cases of companies that have taken up the challenge of the ecological transition will be presented, which will be followed by a discussion to encourage and motivate technological transfer towards an environment of ecological transition. On the second day (April 20th 9am - Sala Víctor Siurana of the University of Lleida), the challenges arising from COP27 will be addressed and there will be a round table to share the challenges that still have to be faced in favor of the ecological transition.
