Beschrijving
The rapporteur Vincent Chauvet, mayor of Autun, and the European Committee of the Regions are organising a consultation with institutions and other key stakeholders to contribute to the opinion on "Stepping up Europe's 2030 climate ambition". The active involvement of all levels of governance as well as organizations from the civil society will be key to deliver on the EU's climate ambitions and the objectives of the Green Deal.
Also, we would like to explore how local and regional organizations can support these ambitious goals at international level, namely at the upcoming UNFCCC CoP 26.
