In this session, I will guide participants through the core objectives and mechanisms of the European Green Deal, with a particular focus on how climate policies are being challenged by misinformation and disinformation.
I will explore how false narratives emerge, how they spread across media and political discourse, and why they disproportionately affect youth engagement and public trust in climate action.
Through concrete examples and interactive discussion, I will equip participants with practical tools to critically assess information, counter misleading claims, and communicate climate policies more effectively. The session will also highlight the role of next-generation climate leaders in shaping informed, inclusive, and resilient narratives around the green transition.
