The “Nature Leadership Walk” combines the forest experience, knowledge sharing, reflection on leadership, and dialogue. In the forest - one of the oldest innovation labs on Earth - leaders discover how natural principles open up new perspectives for business, strategy, and transformation. Biodiversity is not a footnote - it is the foundation of our economic activity.
The Nature Leadership Walk invites you to recognize interconnections, reflect on interdependencies, and discover opportunities for regenerative business models.
What to Expect? The “Nature Leadership Walk” is a three-hour guided tour through the Taubergießen Nature Reserve. Compared to a regular hike, it is shorter - about 5 kilometers - and combines various stops with informative presentations and discussions.
The event’s theme, “Regenerative Management: Learning from Nature,” is explored through various educational segments, such as:
- development and importance of biodiversity
- nature’s principles of success, illustrated by the example of forests
- options for action for businesses within the framework of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration nature’s regenerative strategies
- significance, mindset, approaches and examples of best practice for a regenerative economy.
BAUM e.V. is Partner of the European Climate Pact Germany, the event is open for the public to attend.
The event is part of the BAUM 2026 Conference: Confiance en Europe - Confidence in Europe.
