In September 2026, Sweden will hold elections. The election will determine the direction of Swedish climate, environmental, and energy policy for the rest of this decade. In the coming years, Sweden's policy will contribute to achieving national and European climate goals by 2030, while ensuring that the transition is carried out efficiently and fairly.
What do the Swedish parliamentary parties want to prioritize in the climate transition? What are their strategies for achieving the climate goals for 2030?
We will address these questions in Klimatsoffan – a broadcast discussion in front of a studio audience with the parties' climate policy spokespersons and representatives from civil society and research, led by an experienced and impartial moderator. We want a discussion where politicians can speak to the point and clearly explain their policies – with a focus on solutions, not on criticizing each other.
Don't miss this opportunity to hear an objective comparison of the parties' climate policies ahead of the 2026 parliamentary elections, so you know how you want to vote.
If you would like to participate in person at the studio in Stockholm or send suggestions for questions to ask the politicians, sign up on We Don't Have Time. Please note that the event will be held in Swedish.
