The Climate Walk is a guided route through the oasis, with several stops along the way. Through short science insights and hands-on experiences, you will learn how to observe and understand the environment with greater awareness.
STOP 1 – Pollen Traps Visit the pollen traps installed in the oasis and reflect on the effects of current climate change on plant biodiversity.
STOP 2 – Sediment Sampling Demonstration of surface sediment and water sampling techniques used to assess the vulnerability of aquatic environments, through biological indicators and the analysis of pollutants.
STOPS 3, 4 and 5 – Birdwatching Observation of birdlife from dedicated observation towers.
