Climate Cards Workshop

The workshop will take place at 6:30 pm. It's a collaborative and interactive activity which consists of a climate cards' workshop/game on the impact of recipes and meals in terms of CO2 equivalent. The aim is to train the participants on sustainable food choices. The cards were developed by the Ambassador and designer Alice Casiraghi.

This activity takes place to raise awareness in an interactive and engaging way about the impact of everyday food choices on the environment, with the overreaching aim of fostering reflection on adopting more sustainable daily habits, but also on how the food system can be rendered more sustainable with improved - circular - production and distribution methods, since the climate burden of our choices cannot be born by individuals alone.
