A free walk to practice resilience in connection with nature, with others and with ourselves, part of a global event around the world! Join me for the Inner Green Deal Global “Resilience in Nature Walk” to mark the change of seasons. Today, similar walks are taking place in cities around the world as part of a shared global moment of reflection and connection. As the world around us becomes increasingly fast paced and uncertain, this walk is an invitation to pause and reconnect with nature as a source of inspiration for resilience. During the walk we will slow down and spend time in nature, practising listening more deeply – to ourselves, to one another, and to the natural world around us. Through gentle invitations for reflection and conversation, we will explore how paying attention to our inner and outer landscapes can help us cultivate resilience. Nature offers countless examples of adaptation, renewal and quiet strength. By spending time outdoors together, we create space to notice these qualities and reflect on our own experiences. We may also recognise that we are not alone in our challenges, and that resilience can grow through connection, mutual support and shared time in nature.
