III. Climate Café Ljubljana
What does climate change mean to you - not as a statistic, but as a lived experience? How do we move from awareness to action, and from individual concern to collective response? These are the questions at the heart of the III. Climate Café in Ljubljana, and we want you to be part of the conversation.
The Climate Café is a public space designed with one purpose in mind: to bring people together. Not to lecture, not to debate winners and losers, but to create an open, safe, and inclusive environment where every voice matters. Whether you're a long-time climate activist or someone just beginning to grapple with these questions, this is your space to speak, listen, and reflect.
This edition opens with a thought-provoking address by Dr. Andrej Lukšič, who will explore deliberative democracy as a powerful tool for bridging divisions and finding common ground on some of the most pressing challenges of our time. His insights set the tone for the kind of dialogue we believe the climate crisis demands - honest, courageous, and deeply human.
We are also delighted to welcome EU Climate Ambassador Katarina Trstenjak, who will shine a light on the inspiring work being done across Europe by climate ambassadors working to turn commitment into action.
The III. Climate Café Ljubljana is held within the framework of the European Climate Action Days - a continentwide movement reminding us that we are not facing this challenge alone.
