Behind the Apron: Live Chef Interviews on Sustainability

The activity will focus on exclusive interview with aspiring and well-reknown chefs that are participating in the culinary cup competition. Ambassadors will ask questions about their ambition and initiatives in sustainability in their craft. 

From plant-based diets, to local produce, to farm to fork, chefs will be given an opportunity to promote what they are doing to shift the world of gastronomy to climate friendly choices. These videos will then be edited and sent out via various social media channels. 

Participants at the event will be invited to watch the live interviews at our booth and we will promote the timings of the interviews to build anticipation among participants. We also hope to engage with participants on food related issues based on the conversations with the chefs.
