Ayurvedic Vegan Cooking Course and Five Elements Workshop with a European Climate Pact Ambassador

Join our Ayurvedic Vegan Cooking Lab and Five Elements workshop! Cook a seasonal vegan lunch with our Climate Pact Ambassador, explore sustainable food choices. Discover how mindful eating can support both personal well-being and a healthier planet.

Training and workshops

The event will be organised as a practical and interactive Ayurvedic Vegan Cooking Lab combined with a Five Elements workshop, with a strong focus on sustainable eating, hosted by Dóra Buzsáki, Climate Pact Ambassador. Participants will prepare and share a seasonal vegan lunch using locally available ingredients. Through the cooking activity, they will explore how food choices can support both personal well-being and more sustainable food practices.

The aim is to provide practical inspiration for making more conscious food choices in everyday life, while showing that plant-based cooking can be healthy, enjoyable and accessible. Participants will also reflect on the environmental impact of their diets, including the benefits of choosing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and reducing reliance on resource-intensive foods.

The event will be informal and participatory, combining cooking, discussion, knowledge-sharing and hands-on learning.

Participants will leave with practical ideas they can apply in their own kitchens, connecting personal well-being with more sustainable and conscious everyday choices.
