The event will take place in the Representation of the European Commission in Spain (in Madrid).
It will be an engaging event to learn, discuss, and reflect on the balance of the Paris Agreement after ten years of implementation, from its achievements to the areas that still need improvement, while outlining a future pathway to strengthen climate goals at both national and European levels.
The event will be divided into several parts, including a welcome by the Representation of the European Commission in Spain, an assessment to date of the Paris Agreement, two round tables open to discussion with the audience, the showcasing of the Letters of Hope from Young People for the Climate at COP30, and the drafting of a joint manifesto highlighting the importance of upholding European climate agreements, such as the Paris Agreement and the Green Deal. Finally, the Earth Song will mark the closure of the event.
