Discussions at the macro level about climate change often leads to questions about our own individual agency. As an Ambassador, I want to bring the conversation home. I intend to engage with constituents through local means to emphasize that we are a part of the ecosystems that surround us, not separate from them. Doing this by offering allyship to schools, municipal representatives, and writing in city newspapers, will hopefully reinforce the power of communities as the forefront of action.

I am a member of environmental organizations, both national and European (Quercus, CCL - Europe). 

My family and I enrolled in a one-year experiment of monitoring our environmental footprint, and we fared well. I am looking forward to engaging with fellow ambassadors to take further action, besides already established channels.

As an Economist, my focus is on setting relevant economic decision parameters (prices, financing) in favour of our environmental goals. 

Alicia Carrasco has been promoting a consumer centric energy transition since 2010 when she founded Smart EN. She has worked in the areas of new energy business models as Regulatory Affairs Director for Digital Grid at Siemens, European Government Director Affairs at Tesla and today as CEO of energy transition strategic consulting firm olivoENERGY and Executive Director and founder of entra Agregación y Flexibility. She identifies opportunities out of climate change and electrification actions.

As an international climate change policy advisor with an extensive experience working on international climate change negotiations, I attended the last 23 COPs in different capacities. I did online trainings for countries of Central Asia for COP26 and to enhance their actions under the Paris Agreement. In the town of Obzor, where I am currently I will collect plastic waste on the beaches.

The activities proposed to be an ambassador for the European Climate Pact are fully in line with the activities carried out by Francisco Casero as president of the Savia Foundation for Commitment and Values, establishing relationships between public and private organizations, defending the most vulnerable, sharing knowledge and experiences, organizing activities to combat climate change and, always, all of them, committed to the protection and development of the rural and natural environment.

I am 65 years old. I travelled a lot for professional and personal reasons. I have been the general manager of the Location of my group in Russia. 

I was deeply involved in the last 30 years with projects for the reduction of the Ozone layer and Green house (CO2) realized in many countries and finance by World Bank and UN agencies (Unido, UNDP. Unops). 

Very soon I will be retired and I would like to contribute to the evolution in the green direction.

I am the project manager of De Structura (www.destructura.com) which investigates the educational gaps in art-based curricula and provides support for young art professionals as well as dissemination of art and research whilst implementing the concept of sustainability in their activity both educating participants and using art as a tool for engaging, sharing, and advocating climate action.

Also, I live on a sailboat and I advocate for a more sustainable and climate-friendly lifestyle.

My name is David Cebulla, I am ecologist and filmmaker for nature, science and adventure topics.

I want to spread enthusiasm for nature and its special features. We can only preserve what we value.

My films aim to contribute to environmental education and thus contribute to achieving the SDGs and the objectives of the UN-Agenda 2030, the EU-Biodiversity Strategy and the German as well as the Thuringian Sustainability Strategy.

My first environmental action was entering and winning an anti-littering poster competition age 8; now in my twenties, I am pursuing MSc Sustainable Development to expand and continue my climate and environmental education.

My name is Gabriele Cela, I am 19 years old I was born in Foggia and I live in Rome, where I am attending the faculty of Political Sciences-International Relations.

I am passionate about history, I follow with interest the historical and contemporary events that have involved national and foreign policy.

In 2019 I was elected Regional Youth Councilor.

I was appointed, by the European Commission, Ambassador of the EU climate pact, aimed at raising the awareness of European citizens on environmental issues.

I deal with political and strategic communication, I am the National Commissioner for Communication of the FUCI, member of the national press office and press manager.

I collaborate with the European Studies Center, through research and insights into the institutional structure of the European Union.

After completing my studies, I would like to pursue a political / diplomatic career.

Climate change is a global threat and only if every single person starts taking action to fight this problem we can actually make a positive change for our future.

Raising awareness on this issue is a valuable starting point.

People are worried on how to make money, underestimating the consequences of climate change for our planet. Collaborating with my local institutions and other organisations, I intend to organise events and present solutions to fight this problem altogether

The vice-mayor of Metropolitan city of Milan aims to promote a cultural change in individual and collective behaviours by involving municipalities citizens companies and public authorities on enviromental social and economic sustainability issues enabiling our territories to become climate change resilient.

I strongly believe that individual actions can make the difference to fight climate and ecological crisis. 

As ambassador, I would like to raise awareness of the current crisis among adults and young people. 

I'd like to interact with students, share scientific information, talk about climate change at different levels: technology, economics, politcs and share my engagement through social media.

My name is Priyanka Chahal, and I am a medical student studying in Kyrgyz Republic (Central Asia). My nationality is Indian. By growing up there I observed how the Climate has changed, especially in my capital New Delhi. Whenever I had to go there, I felt like I was breathing smoky air. So, I mentioned to myself that " Time is NOW".

I am passionate about Sustainable Development & Youth empowerment. Let's Do it.

I am a junior researcher focusing on Climate Change Governance, Environmental Policy, and International Cooperation and a European Neighbourhood Policy scholar at the College of Europe. Becoming a Climate Pact Ambassador will be a  practical step to bring up the European climate policy to the Moroccan youth especially in universities by conducting workshops and online campaigns in order to raise climate awareness and push them to create their own climate initiatives in their local communities.

Εδω αξιζει να σημειωσω οτι ξεκινησα απο 2107 δραστηριοτητες για την κλιμματικη αλλαγη και εχω υποβαλλει 12 μελετες οπου τιμηθηκα(απο τους προισταμενους μου  για αυτες). Επισης συμμετειχα και συνεδρια (μεσω τηλεδιασκεψης) του ΜΙΤ. Υπαρχουνε και αλλα πολλα που ειναι σε εξελιξη.

My mission as an ambassador for the climate agreement will be complex. It will involve training in environmental policy at the academic level in the workplace and in cities and regions. Here it is worth noting that I started from 2107 activities on climate change and have submitted 12 studies where I have been honoured (by my superiors). I have also participated in conferences (via teleconference) of MIT. There are many more in development.

I’m Mathias Charles, 21 years old. I’m really interested of major issues of environment.

I am engaged in several associations to develop and discover key issues. I animate diferents webinars to sensibilize people and young people of issues with climat pact. I organize diferents meeting to discuss and discover new methods and tricks to ameliorate your ecological footprint ! My main motivation is learn as much about as broad a range of subjects as possible ;)
