Vania Laranjeira Amaral

As an embodiment educator and relationship facilitator, my first aim is to facilitate access to the body's intelligence (somatic intelligence), to assist in establishing and deepening trust in relationships and for promoting community building. I strongly believe that any social change cannot be sustained if we shy away from connecting back to our bodies. Through working with our somatic experiences, we can enhance our capacity to deeply care for ourselves, for others as well as for our environnement. As a climate embassador my main motivation is to faciliate access to knowledge and understanding of the issues involving climate change to a broader range of individuals. With the workshops as well as the informal spaces I hold, the aim is to use langage accessible to all and to create an environment where each individual is welcome to discover, engage as well as try and fail in efforts to bring about changes in their lives that promote the health of our planet.
