This handbook is part of the European Committee of the Regions’ “Green Deal Going Local” initiative which supports the implementation of the Green Deal at the local and regional levels. It aims to provide local governments guidance to initiate and facilitate systems innovation processes in their territories.
This handbook also offers proposals to implement the Green Deal locally in selected policy areas, including building and renovation, sustainable mobility, zero pollution, biodiversity, circular economy, and clean energy.
