Cultural actions to foster synergies

We pledge to support local projects with training activities, focused on themes of interpersonal relationships, organizational analysis to favour collaboration for the exchange of best practices, building shared projects, consistent with sustainable development.

3 Workshops scheduled for the months of July, September 2021 and Juanuary 2022, addressed to participants in the “Pact for the circular economy” of the Municipality of Florence, focused on the analysis of shared values, building of an authentic dialogue and developing effective teamwork. Workshops to be carried out in collaboration with Labsus Association starting in 2022 to create a climate of trust and collaboration through the “autobiographical method”. The goal is to support the creation and/or development of local collaboration agreements between pubblic administration, associations and individual citizens which include environmental awareness initiatives and good practices in the management of common spaces. Workshops/seminars to be carried out in 2022, to be shared with Banca Etica, which are addressed to the women of the Territorial Initiative Groups, promoting the bank's activities, in line with sustainable development.

“Fortepiano” is a non-profit association which was set up October 2020 in Florence. It promotes cultural changes in favour of a more equitable and sustainable economy that fosters well-being for individuals and the community. It carries out training activities and seminars addressed to non-profit associations, companies and public administrations, on the themes of interpersonal relationships, organizational analysis aimed at developing mutual listening and collaboration, favouring cooperation for the exchange of best practices and building shared projects, consistent with sustainable development.

Fortepiano has proposed educational initiatives to “Labsus”, an association sensitive to environmental issues, that supports the development of community goods (www.labsus.it) and “Banca Etica” which supports projects of environmental as well as economic importance (www.bancaetica.it). The association also joined the "Pact for the Circular Economy" (P.E.C.) of the city of Florence with other private and public entities and is supporting the members with a training workshop, focused on the analysis of shared values, building of an authentic dialogue and developing effective teamwork. The P.E.C aim is to carry out shared projects and activities centred around urban waste reduction, reuse and repair of goods, sustainable environmental culture, waste reduction and recycling.

Fortepiano association was founded by adopting some of the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda, proposing itself in the territory to develop training activities that encourage possible synergies or alliances, exchange of good practices between the various social and economic components sensitive to sustainable development.
