Satellite event: Le Relais Jeunes fête son retour !

The Youth Relay has been touring by foot and bike in France since February 2022. They stopped in more than thirty cities and places across France’s regions to meet people, to organise activities and discussions in collaboration with local associations and organisations acting to preserve the environment and the climate. Some of the French Climate pact Ambassadors have joined the Relay for some sections.

The Relay is hosting an event at the Académie du Climat on the 17th of June to reflect on their experience, the lessons learned along the way. They will invite the people they met during their tour and representatives of partner organisations.

The event will consist of three parts

1. a restitution of the Relais Jeunes experience
2. round tables and discussion by groups of 15 people mixing members of Relais Jeunes, members of youth organisations, people met along the way (such as former members of the Convention Citoyenne pour le Climat), other climate and environmental organisations, representatives of public authorities
3. open discussion
