Satellite event: Innovation Design Challenge "Sustainable Business"

The world's largest co-testing conference of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB), entitled "Empowering Entrepreneurship for a Better Future", is being held in Germany for the first time. As part of this conference, the "ICSB Academy" offers students from all over the world an outstanding platform to develop ideas on climate protection and sustainability as a leading global field of innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), such as start-ups, under the guidance of experts. An Innovation Design Challenge from CIBE will be part of this year's Academy program and will help to support this vision. The innovation methodology ensures that ideas and solutions that emerge as part of the challenge are not primarily aimed at maximizing profits, but always have a sustainable benefit in mind. This is supported by stakeholders from two major EU Commission initiatives: the Climate Ambassadors of the European Climate Pact and the coordinator of the German country group of the Education for Climate Coalition.
