Description

Within the environmental sustainability discourse, “transition” often refers to fundamental changes within key production and consumption systems – like energy, transport or agriculture and food. Green transitions are defined as profound shifts of such socio-technical (or socio-economic) systems by interrelated changes in technologies, infrastructure, products, consumer behaviour, societal values, and politics.
How can our green-climate strategies on the context of the European Green Deal take us from transition to transformation? How can they transform our awareness and enable us to become entirely responsible? Should we think which, climate do we want now? How should we frame the language of the climate change discourse?
The Delegation of the Government of Catalonia to the EU will introduce the event on time to discuss the climate narrative. We would like to create a dialogue involving entrepreneur initiatives, energy communities, universities, politicians, public institutions, citizens and young people, to meet around this table and fund a new narrative, positive and efficient, to talk and describe our climate. The Climate that we want from now to tomorrow.
