I am an investigative journalist, eco-feminist activist, working on environmental rights and climate justice, biodiversity and landscape protection. I am a founder of the Forum of Mediterranean women journalists. As Pact Ambassador, I intend to strengthen my commitment to journalistic and academic research, strengthening and extending the network of women ecofeminists to broaden the impact of climate change and environmental justice awareness among the less informed public.

I am a chemist involved in environmental research projects for more than 25 years. I strongly support the need for educating people on the importance and impact of research in our daily lives, in particular aspects on water and biodiversity. Through workshops with hgihschool pupils, articles on blog and participation to events, I plan to raise awareness on topics like biodiversity loss, access to water, changes induced by global warming, environmental challenges in urban communities.

I am an environmental engineer with PhD in sustainable development. I work as a director of the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development and I will spend my mandate as a Pact Ambassador putting even more efforts in promoting implementation of corporate sustainability management systems in as many companies as possible. This will include Net Zero Strategies along with other environmental commitments. I will continue organising events, writing articles, teaching courses at University, alway stressing importance of the climate crisis and introducing tools on how to manage the negative impacts we have on climate, as persons and as business decision makers. I will actively advocate climate positive legislation at the national level, working with Government officials to better understand and support business on their Net Zero pathway. And I will continue to ride my bike, save energy, follow circular economy model and spend responsibly so as to lead by example. 

I am the CEO and Founder of GLOBEZERO.AI, where I drive AI-based decarbonisation and circularity solutions for industry. Alongside my role at Sharkproject International, I lead ocean and shark conservation initiatives that connect biodiversity protection with climate action. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I aim to inspire collaboration between technology, industry, and citizens to build a climate-neutral and ocean-positive future.

I am the CEO of Portugal's First Zero Waste Online Shop created in 2017. I curate brands and products for more conscious and sustainable consumption. I also provide consultancy and training services for both small companies and multinationals, and as a public speaker, I take part in several events and initiatives in order to create an active part in reducing climate impact.

As a scientist in environmental chemicals and medical doctor, my activities coalesce around the impact of chemical pollution on our health. Everyday chemicals in personal care products, food and food contact materials, and in fabric and household items, microplastics and plastic additives, all take a toll on our health and the living environment while translating into climate change, and deteriorated sustainability and degraded biodiversity. I am committed to connecting environmental pollution and human health for medical professionals and beyond. 

I am deeply committed to sustainable action against climate change. As a professor and regional development director, I promote green mobility, eco-renovation, and smart buildings. As a local elected official, I advocate for the decarbonisation of transport and the creation of a Mediterranean model of sustainable tourism and balanced mobility.

Sustainability cultural manager, iscritto all'ordine nazionale dei giornalisti. Dagli anni ottanta ho concentrato la mia attività su: Ambiente, comunicazione, beni culturali, turismo sostenibile e responsabile. Ho fondato Neapolis 2000 e aderito a Legambiente.

Ho curato la segreteria del Coordinamento dei centri naturali e spirituali “La Raccolta”, ho fondato, assieme ad altri, Il Comitato per il restauro del Corpo di Napoli, il Comitato che ha restaurato la statua del Nilo a Spaccanapoli con la raccolta di fondi fra cittadini.

Nel 2000 ho fondato il Comitato per il recupero Scale di Napoli e La Collina Gentile. Dagli anni '90 al 2007 sono stato dirigente regionale e Nazionale di Legambiente ed ho seguito il settore Turismo e Beni Culturali. Dal 2017 al 2023 sono stato eletto coportavoce nazionale di Green Italia.  Dall'1980 al 2023. Sono stato funzionario ad elevata qualificazione nel settore cultura e turismo del Comune di Napoli.

Translation: I am a sustainability cultural manager, registered with the national order of journalists. Since the 1980s I have focused my activities on: Environment, communication, cultural heritage, sustainable and responsible tourism. I founded Neapolis 2000 and joined Legambiente. I also managed the secretariat of the Coordination of Natural and Spiritual Centers "The Gathering,". With others, I founded The Committee for the Restoration of the Body of Naples, the Committee that restored the statue of the Nile in Spaccanapoli .

In 2000 I founded the Committee for the Restoration of the Stairs of Naples and La Collina Gentile. From the 1990s to 2007 I was regional and national manager of Legambiente and oversaw the Tourism and Cultural Heritage sector. From 2017 to 2023 I was elected national co-chair of Green Italia.  From 1980 to 2023. I was a senior official in the culture and tourism sector of the City of Naples.

As an Ambassador I wish to find the most interesting ways to communicate to the people about the Planet we live on. Learning about climate change can be fun and that is what I aim to prove.

A significant part of my work focuses on environmental awareness and education in schools and vulnerable communities. I believe young people drive change for a sustainable future, and I teach them how to adopt eco-friendly habits in a practical, engaging way. My “learning by doing” approach prioritizes hands-on experience, as I find it the most impactful way to inspire participants to apply what they learn and witness the results of their actions.

I am an environmental engineer, specialised in the calculation of carbon footprints and the implementation of action plans. I wish to contribute to helping the European Union achieve its 2050 carbon neutrality target. This involves me volunteering in associations to increase awareness and sensitivity to climate issues; educating citizens on responsible actions they can take; and continuing to support companies to control their greenhouse gas emissions. I  also support and participate in the reforestation projects.

I am a scientist, official and coordinator of LIFE projects (the LIFE EKOMALOPOLSKA Integrated Project and LIFE DREAM CITIES). As an Ambassador of the European Climate Pact, I intend to contribute to the development of a Regional Action Plan on climate change with the aim of achieving the climate goals by 2030. Through conferences, workshops, debates and hands-on activities, I intend to bridge the knowledge gap on climate change at the regional and local level.

I am a meteorologist and an expert on climate policies and communication. I have learned that people can only commit when they feel the direct impact on their lives. I have witnessed an increase in awareness of the urgency and magnitude of the crisis. However, although we have mastered the 1st lesson about the energy transition, we still do not connect the effects of our other daily activities with climate change. Simple but systematic education and constant professional informing are necessary.

I am a Councillor in the City of Cork. My city is currently involved in the Horizon Mission of Climate Neutrality and Smart City. I am very interested in behavourial change active and to make sure there is community involvement and that as many stakeholders are involved.

I have dedicated several years to advancing sustainable education, working to empower communities with the knowledge and tools necessary to implement environmentally responsible practices. My work has primarily focused on integrating sustainability into educational curricula, ensuring that future generations understand the importance of sustainable development. I have collaborated with schools and government to develop programmes that teach children/ adults about sustainability.

My mission is to inspire and empower others to take action on climate. I draw daily inspiration in creating a climate-safe future, from my eight-year old son. 
I am a climate communicator and educator with two decades of global experience across the business, government, and NGO sectors. Previously, I managed former US Vice-President Al Gore's climate training and advocacy programs across 19 countries.

I am a data scientist dedicated to solve climate change, currently helping with built environment decarbonisation. I dedicate my work and academic journey to climate change and I want to continue this journey. I plan to raise awareness about scientific findings through blogs and explainers. I plan to work with local experts in areas of natural protection and environmental science to raise awareness and bring citizen engagement in projects related to nature conservation and sustainability. 

My commitment to the environment and sustainable development is preceded by my 20 years of public service. Climate change is a challenge that requires a global response acting from the local level under the principle of sub-division of the EU. Being an ambassador is an honor that allows us to create networks of committed people and create synergies in which we address different actions in favor of the environment and the climate.

Mi compromiso con el medio ambiente y el desarrollo sostenible viene precedido de mis 20 años de servicio público. El cambio climático es un reto que necesita de una respuesta global actuando desde lo local bajo el principio de subisdiariedad de la UE. Ser embajador es un honor que nos permite crear redes de personas comprometidas y crear sinergias en las que abordamos diferentes acciones en favor del medio ambiente y el clima.

The Free State of Saxony has a long tradition as an energy region with two lignite mining regions, the Lausitz region and the Central German region. By discontinuing lignite power generation by the end of 2038 at the latest, the region is making a major contribution to European climate targets. At the same time, there are energy-related and socio-economic challenges that are faced with great innovation and development potential. I would like to talk about this as an ambassador.
