I am the Bulgarian Youth Delegate to the United Nations and a student of International Relations passionate about sustainability, circular economy, and youth empowerment. As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, I plan to engage young people across Bulgaria in climate literacy and policy dialogues through workshops, school campaigns, and green innovation initiatives that link local action to the European Green Deal and promote intergenerational climate responsibility.

I am a Chemical Engineer MSc, PhD, dedicated to sustainable development. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I intend to blend my diverse passions – mother of two, ballet dancer, trail runner, fencer, and assistant professor – into tangible climate initiatives. My plan to foster awareness includes school activities, a climate-themed ballet performance, engaging athletes in climate-focused events, and mobilizing university students to bridge gaps to engage diverse communities for a sustainable future.

I work as a freelancer & I am a business expert in sustainable urban development (1992 – onwards). I am cofounder of Just Transition Institute Greece. JTIG is a non-profit civil partnership with the main goal of implementing scientific activities in support of the effort of the affected areas to the developmental transformation during the period of lignite phase out. My Vision is to Assist & support institutions, companies, employees, unemployed and all citizens in the EU Just Transition areas.

I am a sustainability trainer and consultant and co-founder of RooTerra and Roes Cooperativa. I lead Erasmus+ projects about climate and sustainability empowering youth and educators through climate education, regenerative leadership, and zero waste practices. I’m a Climate Fresk facilitator, Climate KIC coach, and part of the Erasmus+ Youth Greece trainer pool. My goal is to engage 300+ people and reach 2,000+ online through weekly climate posts and local events.

My main goal as a European Climate Pact Ambassador is to raise awareness among citizens about climate and green actions, in order to gain green consciousness and achieve the ultimate goal of climate neutrality. Through interactive events and extroversion, which will be achieved by networking between stakeholders and citizens, there will exchange good practices and know-how on how to build a green and sustainable future for all, realising the benefits that will arise from it. Because the future belongs to young people, their involvement in programmes related to environmental protection and climate neutrality will familiarise them with green development. 

Currently studying for a Master's degree in Environmental Management and involved in several youth associations, I want to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and people who do not have privileged access to scientific knowledge.
I want to find the right balance between organizing round tables for constructive discussions and field activities such as tree planting and training on various aspects of climate change.

I am an LL.M. candidate in Law and Sustainability at Utrecht University, focusing on environmental law and climate change. With experience as a lawyer in Greece, I volunteer for Groentetas, a nonprofit promoting sustainable food, and I am a founding member of Heraklion’s Trainee & Young Lawyers Association. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I’ll lead a Crete beach cleanup with educational talks, publish climate articles, and organize a vegan cooking event to engage students in sustainable practices.

I have been volunteering for a local NGO in Budapest, Hungary since 2019 and I became a driving force in organising events  such as habitat maintenance (in coordination with local authorities and experts), garbage collection, placement and maintenance of birdhouses, educational sessions, etc. 

I am very passionate about climate communication. I am active as a member of a sustainability podcast and am also organizing a lecture and workshops at my university on how to communicate effectively about the climate crisis and equip students with tools on how to engage people in climate action. I want to raise awareness on all the different ways, one can get active in tackling the climate crisis. I want to empower people and bring them together to be able to work on this challenge together. 

I sincerely care about the future of our planet and wish for us to safeguard it for future generations. Even small steps today can help to minimise our personal impacts on climate. We can not afford to leave it for tomorrow. As is well-known that "There is No Planet B" and we need to recognise that not all human-caused impacts can be repaired. 

As Executive Director of Climate Alliance Austria I lead and coordinate research and implementation projects on a national and EU level. In our network, there are 1100 Austrian towns and cities, 950 educational institutions and 1800 SMEs. As Climate Pact Ambassador I will promote the Pact, the EU Green Deal and its goals among our members, show how they can benefit and use support in their climate actions with citizens, pupils, parents, teachers, CEOs and employees. 

I'm Attila from Budapest, Director of the Center for Systems Innovation (www.systemsinnovation.eu), Co-founder of PHYSI (www.physi.earth) and PhD at Central European University (www.ceu.edu). In the past decade I learned the limitations of ‘business as usual’ approaches to addressing systemic challenges, which solidified my commitment to work with change agents, encourage people to think critically, co-create, and look for creative solutions. Driven by a background in environmental engineering and economics, I focused my PhD on unlocking the transformative potential of nature in cities, worked globally from Canada to Singapore, taught at universities from Mongolia to Estonia, and met wonderful people along the way. My goal as an ambassador is to share my professional learnings and scale systems approaches to tackle fundamental sustainability challenges, forge partnerships, and build capacity - through CSI I will organize trainings for teachers, companies, and hackathons for students.

Senior Research Fellow at the Circular Economy Research Center (CERC), Circular Economy Specialist, and Project Manager supporting the twin (green and digital) transition by incorporating the circular economy concept and principles in education and businesses.

MBA in Innovation Management, MSc in Environmental Law and Sustainable Development, and Bachelor in Law. I am interested in developing collaboration and cooperation for knowledge transfer and replicating good practices in the twin (green and digital) transition.

I am passionate about raising awareness about climate change and climate action through sustainable development and circular economy enabled by policy and new technologies.

When thinking about the future, I find three things, which are crucial: climate, youth and sustainability.

During the last years I have organised a range of informative events for the representatives of local authorities devoted to climate and environment issues, as well as creative activities involving children and youth in order to introduce children (and at the same time their parents) and teachers with the climate issues.

We have to feel the nature in order to live in a sustainable way!

I have 30 years of experience in national and international schools. The opportunity to support the success of students is a privilege. At this precarious time for our planet, climate action is needed. Learning in, with, through and for nature features prominently in the learning journey in the best schools. Nature Based Learning inspires students to develop a deep connection with and affection for nature; this is the catalyst for them making a lifelong commitment to environmental stewardship.

With extensive experience in promoting sustainability, I focus on creating engaging learning experiences and developing resources that highlight the importance of environmental stewardship. My goal is to inspire students to take responsibility for their actions and understand their role in shaping a sustainable future. I am also committed to collaborating with schools across Europe to exchange ideas and enhance our collective understanding of climate challenges. 

I’m a scientist specializing in meteorology and climatology. I deliver talks and presentations to raise awareness of climate-change risks and challenges for public audience and to expand the pool of informed people about emerging extreme weather and trends - both positive and negative - in weather patterns.

Education is key to supporting the transition to a more regenerative society, where climate action, climate justice, and the SDGs become key focus points. In my role as Head of the Atlantic Technological University's Centre for Sustainability and a Higher Education Authority National Policy Advisor on Education for Sustainable Development, I intend to nurture existing good practices and empower both students and staff to become change agents across the university sector and their communities.
