As a Climate Ambassador, I will promote our Green Deal goals locally and regionally working together with national as well as European levels. My aim is to increase dialogue with local authorities and citizens of my home city and region on how to best put our climate and environmental policy commitments into practice. Tampere has already taken many important steps towards circular economy and carbon neutrality, but more can be done. Good local practices can be linked better to European goals.

I’m an Environmental Physicist and freelance journalist, combining science with accessible communication as an ECP ambassador. I study and report on climate change, promote solutions at events and schools, engage youth, network internationally, and organize local citizen science initiatives. My goal: inspire passion and action, not fear.

Damilola is a driven Net Zero Professional with a strong energy transition and climate change background. As a Chartered Energy Manager, she displays an unshakable commitment to driving progress in energy transition pathways, attaining ambitious net-zero targets, and leaving a lasting impact on the SDGs. She advocates collaborative efforts to create a sustainable future. Her enthusiasm spills over into volunteer and thought leadership initiatives in energy and environment. She has presented her ideas and vision through various thought leadership articles and speaking engagements.

Damilola serves as a Global Future Energy Leader with the World Energy Council and is a founding member and co-lead of the National Future Energy Leaders in the Netherlands. Damilola was notably recognized as one of the standout performers in the SEforALL and Enel Foundation Open Africa Program for the 2022 cohort. Since August 2023, she has been appointed to the Municipal Advisory Committee for Energy at Enlit Africa. Damilola works as a Systems Programme Manager within the EP100 programme at Climate Group. In her capacity, Damilola leads the Renovation Revolution project, a collaborative sub-project of EP100 involving 8 partner organizations.

As a person that grew up with a comfort of a modern life’s pleasures, it took it’s time until I’ll make myself aware at what cost it is coming. Indeed, it made me first sad and sorrow. Thinking the ways to overcome them brought me to world where science on hands with ecology and universe presents us a smart way of existence. The world where we one step forward in understanding our planet better and cooperating with it smarter.

I am a dedicated climate and social justice activist, serving as President of the Diaspora Solidarity Group. I aim to create transformative initiatives in Romania and beyond that empower marginalized communities, especially women and refugees. Through engaging workshops and inspiring campaigns, I will highlight their unique challenges in climate resilience. Together, we can champion inclusive climate solutions that uplift local voices and foster a sustainable future for all.

As an architect, sustainability expert, and Living Future Hero, I’m dedicated to advancing a regenerative future, reimagining workplaces as catalysts for positive change and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Through the Sustainability Circle for Building Professionals, I aim to inspire, connect, and empower those committed to advancing sustainability in the built environment.

As the Founder of the Grant Compass Platform and Head of Advocacy at the World Disaster Center, I bring together hands-on experience and a passion for systemic change. Having facilitated climate workshops in six countries and cycled 6,000 km to raise climate awareness, my focus is now on democratizing access to climate action and building resilience. I work to ensure that funding and climate resilience tools reach all communities, regardless of their location or capacity.

I am a project manager in the field of EU-funded projects targeting sustainability and climate change mitigation. I also pursue a Ph.D. in sustainability and resilience along the food supply chain. I strongly believe that everyone's impact counts, both negatively and positively. For this reason, it is paramount to do all we can to curb Climate Change, the challenge of our century. In light of this, my mission is to raise awareness among people about what they can do to save our planet.

I am the dreamer of the Bird-Human cooperation system. I have been living and working in nature for more than a decade, so I was able to experience first-hand how much has changed around us in just a few years. And this change warns of many things - we must all hear its alarm bells. As an ambassador, my aim is to open the door of nature and to introduce as many people as possible to the dangers, big questions and proposed solutions of the roads ahead of us. I would like to introduce my followers to the world of the livable future, in which we not only discover the beauties of the world around us, but also do everything to ensure that these treasures remain with us for a long time. Whether it is nature, biodiversity, sustainable production, green solutions, responsible consumption or a change of attitude - I will be there to help!

I am dedicated to fostering sustainable business and engaging young professionals in the green economy. As VP of Gaia Hovedstaden I lead events and social media, collaborating with partners to amplify green initiatives. As an ambassador, I aim to inspire action by uniting and promoting sustainable practices. With a background in international business and experience in sustainability consulting, I bridge policy and impactful environmental action, driving innovation for a sustainable future.

I am a self-employed integrated communications strategist and the founder of HAIKU communications, a network of independent professionals focused on social impact topics. My work involves developing sustainability marketing strategies for brands. I will organise events addressing greenwashing and highlight positive examples in market communications. Additionally, I will educate the public on recognizing false green advertising through workshops and raise awareness via social media and blogs.

I’m a sustainability professional and advocate from Helsinki, Finland, helping companies align with EU climate standards and turn regulation into real action. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I’ll promote climate literacy through social media and public talks bridging policy and business toward an inclusive green transition. 

In Liepāja city I have worked with environmental and climate issues already for years. Liepāja city has joined the Covenant of Mayors in 2012 and I am acting as the Committee of Regions' Covenant of Mayors Ambassador. The first thing we did to fight climate change was to improve the heat supply system. We are working for the residents to have convenient public transport and safe movement with bicycles. As the Ambassador I would like to reach out more to local inhabitants schools on the topics of environment.

I'm a facilitator of "Climate fresk", a non formal education tool for kids, youth and adults to understand climate change through the game based on IPCC reports. I really believe in this tool and non formal education of topics such as climate crises. My educational background on ecology and work in NGO with this topic everyday help me to enjoy this journey. My planned activities as an Ambassador is to continue education on climate change and combine it with social events such as clothes swaps.

As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, with a deep passion for politics, economics and sustainability, as well as 5+ years of experience in climate action work, advocacy and campaigning on regional, national and international level, I am highly motivated to use my skills to create a more sustainable future for all. I am spearheading the Youth Climate and Sustainability Roundtables at Generation Climate Europe (GCE) that are instrumental in fostering meaningful intergenerational dialogue and articulating urgent climate demands of the youth to European Commissioners. Additionally, within Fridays for Future Europe (FFF), I am driving impactful campaigns focused on critical European climate policies. Through all my efforts, I aspire to amplify youth voices, drive extensive engagement and influence sustainable policy changes.

Stefano Armenia (PhD, MBA) is a research fellow in Business Organization at Link Campus University (Rome, Italy) and president of the Italian Chapter of the System Dynamics Society. He applies Systems Thinking and System Dynamics modeling and simulation to the management of policies and strategies in complex organizations, by evaluating and anticipating their social impacts, in the field of sustainable development (food, circular economy, water, transport, finance) and digital transformation.

I am an experienced European Climate Pact Ambassador with more than two years of sustained involvement in supporting European Union climate action, sustainability advocacy, and civic engagement. Throughout my ambassadorship, I have actively participated in EU-level meetings, policy dialogues, consultations, workshops, and climate forums addressing key priorities such as climate change mitigation, adaptation strategies, environmental awareness, and citizen participation.

I have contributed to the planning and implementation of outreach and awareness-raising activities, supported community-led climate initiatives, and engaged with youth networks, civil society organizations, academic communities, and international stakeholders.

In my role, I have represented the European Climate Pact in formal and informal settings, facilitated dialogue across diverse groups, promoted EU climate objectives, and encouraged inclusive participation in climate action.

Climate action is dependent upon education. I have been active in the field of formal and  non-formal education for many years, and have initiated and coordinated a wide range of activities aiming at raising awareness and comprehension on how people can effect change. More people need to experience and learn about the significance of conservation, the value of a sustainable future, and the need to make responsible decisions. Environmental education must be promoted in our institutions and workplaces.

I am passionate about sustainability and climate change. Currently, I serve as the Head of Sustainability and an associate professor at ISM University of Management and Economics. Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to both professional and personal initiatives that promote environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. I strongly believe in the power of continuous education to drive change.
