Climate change is a challenge and a chance at the same time. I strongly believe that a better world is possible and everyone need to take action. This is the reason why I want to spread awareness, and interact with people all around the globe.

I am particularly interested in sustainable development, circular economy, and cradle to cradle.

I have been working on sustainable energy and climate for more than 20 years. As Director of the Energy and Climate Agency, I advise and plan actions to help people make the green transformation. Being an operational person, I took up the challenge of becoming Mayor of the municipality six years ago.  Municipalities are making the green transition happen. I integrate climate change mitigation and adaptation into every municipal project. My goal is respect for people and nature.

I am the Nordic Sustainability Director at Hans Just Group with over a decade of experience driving systemic climate action across fashion, wine, and retail. I have led efforts to foster joint action through ecosystem dialogue and expanded the pre-competitive space to drive collaboration for sustainability. As an ambassador, I aim to inspire businesses, policymakers, and future leaders to prioritize climate action and biodiversity restoration through events, education, and public speaking.

I am an MSc Smart Cities student, member of the UNESCO Youth Climate Diplomacy Forum, and part of the scientific team of the UNESCO Chair “Creative Cities in Motion”. My work spans energy poverty, climate policy, youth engagement and urban sustainability. As a Climate Pact Ambassador I will run a Pact-branded social-media campaign, publish short articles/talks, and co-host workshops on mitigation, adaptation and just transition across Greece.

I am is a leading expert in sustainable construction, circular economy, and the decarbonization of the built environment. As CEO of the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC), I have been at the forefront of transforming Poland’s construction sector toward climate neutrality. Under my leadership, PLGBC has become a key driver of sustainability, initiating and implementing numerous national and international projects aimed at combating climate change and promoting sustainable innovation.

I am experienced in sustainability and climate action, with a background in consulting, forestry, resource and ecosystem management, and the founding of sustainable businesses. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I will engage through podcasts, talks, and events to raise awareness and inspire people and organisations to take practical steps for climate action and a sustainable future.

I am the CSR Manager of Humana in Bulgaria, dedicated to promoting sustainability, reuse, and responsible consumption. I organize national campaigns and educational events raising awareness about climate change and the circular economy. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I will lead the Humana Academy for Sustainability, a series of events across Bulgaria inspiring people to act for our planet.

I am an expert in sustainability with over 14 years of experience in the textile industry. I believe collectively we can change how the industry operates, therefore I decided to join Fashion Revolution Poland as a Board Member in 2025. Through my work I try to inspire and spark a positive change towards a better future where our decisions are more conscious, were we produce less and use things for longer.

I am a teacher, promoter of international projects in my school in Sicily, recognised as an Ambassador by the EP, and I am the senior Ambassador for coordinating the programme. I am also the contact person for Erasmus projects for AN Indire and I have carried out 15 Erasmus projects of which three have just been approved on the environment topic, with 3 partnerships in 18 schools from various European countries. I love the environment and nature is the main focus of my personal life and as an educator. 

I am journalist by profession. After 10 years experience in reporting on environmental topics, I changed my career to the non-governmental sector and became the project manager of aclimate awareness raising project, based on gamification methods. It was a job I felt very passionate about, because in my daily life I try to  minimise my personal impact on the climate: I live without a car or driving license, I refuse to fly (for international travels, I take trains), my diet is vegetarian and I am a passionate clothes and things swapper. I am really pleased to join others who also fight for a greener, more natural environment and see what we can do together. 

I currently work at Transition Minett a.s.b.l. (https://www.transition-minett.lu/) as facilitator for people's engagement and participation in the social and ecological transition in the Minett region (south of Luxembourg). I am motivated to learn more about the Climate Pact and its implications for local stakeholders, to apply its tools and knowledge to help local stakeholders apply appropriate frameworks in there own projects for transition. As a Climate Ambassador, I will support the development of community gardening activities in the area where I work. I will also support the development of new initiatives of local communities for transition (for example a project of a community house for sustainability in a local neighbourhood). I will share my experiences as a Climate Pact ambassador with my colleagues at Transition Minett and with all the local groups I support.

I am a political activist and the youngest MP in Estonia. Environment and nature have been close to my heart all my life. I am convinced that solving and mitigating the climate crisis starts with policy. We need more political courage in this world to drive change!

In my role as a Climate Pact Ambassador, I wish to bring a focus on climate education and climate policy in order that, especially young people gain more awareness on how policy can shape the future.

I clearly see the polarisation between climate activists and politicians. For this I am dedicated to building a bridge so we can finally start to work together as one and not oppose to each other.

Endless economic growth, treating nature just as a resource, and living at the expense of future generations cannot continue – every year we set a new record of pushing the planetary boundaries. I stand for an ambitious and internationally enforceable climate policy, ensuring a sustainable life for present and future generations. 

I have been active in climate and energy policy analyse and planning more than 30 years as representative of advocacy group, expert, practicineer and educator. sustainability and climate advocate in all levels of the Baltic Sea Region – from young people, to local, to national authorities, As European Climate Pact Ambassador I am inspired to be even more active in raising awareness on reducing everyone’s carbon footprint and advising how to rise resilience to complex effects of climate change.

Elena Lai drives the leading European association for textile services companies and national textile services associations towards building a safer and greener Europe. At Etsa, our rental companies and national associations dealing with industrial cleaning use circular economy systems where we optimize resource and energy efficiency with great respect for the environment and sustainability.

Building better international railway connections in my day job for an EU project, I am a committed activist, dedicated to promoting climate action in the European Liberal family, where I am bridging the gap between politics and activism. My true passion is climate education amongst all generations (where older ones are those harder to reach), which I am pursuing by designing and running NFE workshops on climate action in settings such as schools, student groups or conferences across Europe.

It  is not too late! If we act now, our children and grandchildren can have a liveable environment. In the process, the EU's efforts can set an example at individual and community level. 

I am the mayor of the community Kajarpec and the vice president of the organisation Hungarian Climate Alliance. I will organise a course is my community about climate change. In this course the presenter will be an environmental activist who is well known in Hungary.

I will organise a community cleaning day in a spring. On this day with the NGO-s of the community and with the children and parents of the school and kindergarten we will clean up the village and the surrounding aeras. On this day we will plant trees as well.

I will organise a theatrical performance about Climate Change. The Drama Group Kajárpéci Vizirevű will perform the show "The tears of the jungle"

I will organise a hiking trip in the surrounding hills to the so called "Six oak" tree. On this trip, I will point out the already visible changes in the forest and explain the connection between climate change and the deterioraton of the forest. 

As the director of the City of Poreč-Parenzo municipal company that has coordinated the implementation of 40 projects in the field of energy efficiency, e-mobility, and climate change mitigation and adaptation, Gordana, author of all, so far, developed strategic documents at local level, aimed to achieving the European climate target goals, has dedicated her professional career to creating synergies between local, regional and national levels in order to inspire and accelerate climate actions.

I am a manager in a sustainability consultancy specialized in SMEs. We are part of the industrial association of the wood and plastics industry and therefore operate at the interface between politics and business. I would like to use my role as a Climate Pact Ambassador to inspire my network even more strongly for climate protection. In addition, our hometown Munich offers a wide range of activities connecting climate protection, nature, and industry.
