I am a Creative Director and founder of Fail Again. Fail Better., dedicated to promoting sustainability and climate action through storytelling. As an Ambassador, I plan to engage communities with social media campaigns, blog posts explaining the European Climate Pact, and podcasts highlighting best practices in climate action. My goal is to inspire individuals to take part in the conversation and contribute to a more sustainable future.

I have been in advertising my whole career, without realizing how accountable the industry is and what kind of positive impact it could have beside driving profit. But I have shifted my career to be aligned with my mission of prioritizing value over profit and to drive the transformation of the industry. I am dedicated to sustainable marketing, anti-greenwashing an women empowerment in the climate sector. I am a Climate Fresk facilitator, Women and Climate City Lead and Creatives for Climate member.

As an environmental engineer, I've always been interested in sustainability issues as a way of life.

Founding member of Associação Inspira Mobilidade, actively promoting sustainable mobility solutions in the city of Almada to encourage healthier, safer, and more inclusive urban spaces.

Also involved in the Refood project in Almada, supporting food waste reduction.

I’m Liina Freivald, Senior PM Manager at Microsoft’s Tallinn Development Center, eco-entrepreneur taking on various roles at the Green Party. I co-founded VAAL Airships to reduce space pollution, and champion ecological literacy in IT. Inspired by my Võru and Viljandi roots, I’ve shifted from digital to green activism, supporting local biodiversity, sustainable choices and policy reform. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I’ll bridge technology, community action and environmental resilience.

I am a researcher specializing in the intersection of diet, environment, and human health. As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, I recognize the essential role health professionals play in promoting sustainable diets, as well as the current gap in their knowledge on dietary sustainability. To address this, I am committed to developing tools that empower health professionals to offer dietary guidance that benefits both people and the planet. 

I am the artistic director for a theater company - La Transplanisphère -, which carries out European projects, both artistic and citizen. These projects give rise to the creation of professional creations, but also to workshops combining amateurs and professionals.

My ambition is to create spaces where citizens - professional artists, teachers, “experts”, amateurs of all ages and young people in particular - will not only meet, but also learn and create together to question our times.

With a consortium of partners from six european  countries, we launched LeCake project dedicated to supporting our transition towards sustainable projects for the cultural sector. LeCake includes workshops with local communities to share the knowledge we gathered and provoke co designed, creative proposals.

I want to contribute to a form of expression of the creativity of individuals in society: an expression of collective intelligence in action adressing concretely the European Green deal at local level. 

As Vice-President of Stadt.Land.Klima e.V., a cross-movement project for municipal climate protection, I am dedicated to advance the local transition to climate neutrality, helping municipalities to implement climate measures, while involving citizens in the process and encouraging them to be an active part of the transformation in their communities.

Climate change is arguably the most important global threat to humanity, and the impact of extreme weather events will be more pronounced and more serious than any global disaster we have experienced in recent history. I am promoting nature-based solutions as a key mechanism to help tourism companies deal with the effects of climate change and to encourage them to reduce their carbon footprint where possible.

I am of the opinion that cultural institutions have a special role to play as mediators in climate protection and that we can and should use this role even more intensively. Cultural institutions reach many people and can capture the importance of climate protection for our society in images and sounds and make it tangible in many places. Together we can create a culture of sustainability.

My life goal is to bring individual, business and planetary health to the heart of the people. At age 16, I began engagement with the energy transition, focused on reducing health damage through cleaner air and reduced use of harmful chemicals. I feel I have a greater impact with groups, for example through leadership training how to cope with workers with alcohol problems. For 10 years I taught post-graduate architects in "Solar architecture" in "healthy buliding". I also wrote a lot of expert articles, mainly in medical journal for doctors and patients but also in Austrian newspapers. I also participated in many interviews related to car and lorry emmissions and noise, but also related to climate change.

Additionally, my house, an old (1908) tenement with 10 flats, was transformed over 25 years inoto an ecological and social "Haus of Commons", with shared garden, workshop, kitchen and sporting equipment and cars (1 hybrid, 1 EV). I am a cyclist and want to influence others through my health-focused engagement.

For many years I have been holding Sales-Management positions in the ICT-industry focusing on innovative solutions for customers.In addition I was leading sustainable practices and awarness-building and activism campaigns to gain "change-makers" within my business-environment and in my role as a Board-Member of Make-A-Wish Austria.  As a European Climate Pact Ambassador I will focus on community events, the "Microplastics-problem" and challenge the ecological-activities of local politicians.

Currently pursuing a law degree at the University of Luxembourg, I bring extensive leadership experience in climate advocacy and sustainable development. I serve as Luxembourg’s Youth Delegate to the EU, Vice-President of the organisation ATS, and Young Leader for the Asia-Europe Foundation. Through these roles, I actively work to advance impactful climate policy and sustainable initiatives.

As a Pact Ambassador, I bring a wealth of experience as a strategic planner in Riga's municipality, focusing on sustainability, biodiversity, and climate change. I am passionate about expanding the reach of sustainability initiatives, bridging gaps in the community, and cultivating a diverse ecosystem of supporters. My strategy includes writing articles on topics like urban gardening and Riga's green transition, while also leveraging social media to amplify these discussions. Additionally, I plan to engage youth through a themed event featuring a sustainability quiz. With my background in innovative projects, a master's degree, and relevant internships, I am well-equipped to inspire and foster a more interconnected, sustainable world.

Climatologist, Climate and Environmental Advisor for the City of Kraków, I create urban expertices, focusing, among other things, on the thermal comfort of city residents. Currently, I advise the Minister of Climate and Environment in another term of the Youth Climate Council. I am the originator and organizer of many pro-climate initiatives. I serve as a liaison between local governments, Ministries, residents, entrepreneurs, NGOs, local leaders, schools, universities, and businesses.

I am an activist focused on local environmental issues, especially when it comes to behavioral change and reducing plastic waste. We’ve become a throwaway generation—quick to ditch not just our stuff, but our relationships too. To challenge that mindset, I’ve taken up plogging, which mixes recreation with picking up litter. It’s my way of showing that trash isn’t just ugly, but a chance to make a real difference. My goal is to encourage practical, everyday solutions that anyone can adopt.

Using creative forms of soft skills, workshops, urban sensory hikes, teambuilding, educations, performances, multidisciplinary co-creation, I call people to reconnect with nature. Building sustainability and cohesive leadership can be fun, engaging, transformative and alive.

I truly believe that everything starts from our personal connection with nature. Do we (humans) feel part of it or separate? I am nature. We are nature.

I am a theatre producer and international project manager at The National Theatre of Latvia. I am the communications manager for Greenstage - an environmental sustainability project that brings together the best examples and toolboxes for reducing the ecological footprint created within the performing arts sector and places a strong emphasis on transforming from a linear take-make-waste economy to a circular one, by encouraging and disseminating environmentally friendly practices.

Shirley is passionate about climate change, community and being the change. She supports others in finding their voice by developing a platform and toolkit to develop climate action now. Working between charities toastmasters international, climate reality project and cork environmental forum to strengthen the message and gather the tribe.

I am María, oceanographer and environmentalist with a wide professional experience related to the environment, marine environment, climate change and sustainable blue economy. I was born in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz, Spain), at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River in front of the Doñana National Park. Perhaps, for this reason, I have always felt a great fascination for the marine environment and for nature.

As a Climate Ambassador, I will promote the objectives of European Green Pact at local, regional, and national level, collaborating at national, European, and international level. In doing so, leading by example, inspiring, and connecting with others will be essential. Specifically, as an ambassador I will be responsible for:

• Reporting with scientific and technical data on the climate and biodiversity situation in the media
• Organising and participating in talks and events
• Participating in projects, technical and/or scientific papers and disseminating them
• Carrying out volunteer actions and involving others, especially at the local level (community garden, coastal bird protection campaign, collection of plastics on beaches, etc.).
