The Horta Sud Foundation has been working with civil society for 50 years in order to stimulate and strengthen the social frame of the region leading to a process of social transformation subject to values ​​and criteria that emanate from society itself. Only through collective action will we be able to face the challenges of the future: energy waste mobility climate... As manager and representative of the FHS it is an honor for me to present our candidacy.

I am an activist in the field of planetary and environmental health, and the effect of climate change and pollution on maternal and child health and on the elderly population. In particular by promoting community education and health promotion actions focused on:

1. climate change and nutritional impact on the population.
2. effects of pollution and climate change on the health and quality of life of fragile subjects, with rare or chronic diseases, and disabilities, of any age.
3. urban and rural health and positive actions to reduce the discomfort caused by pollution, lack of green areas and effects on the respiratory health of the population. I am committed to support and activism for children and adults with respiratory diseases.

I am a circular economy and sustainable business professional. I have been in charge of sustainable businesses for more than 15 years, including as the Chief Marketing Officer of three listed companies. For the past 7 years, I have been responsible for Finland's largest second-hand marketplace and  CEO the largest second hand fashion e-commerce company in the Nordics.

As an ambassador, I intend to raise the importance of the circular economy in the discussion and bring concrete examples of the enormous opportunities that the circular economy opens up for climate work. I will especially raise the role of second-hand trade and sustainable consumption by appearing at events and writing about its concrete possibilities.

As a renewable energy enthusiast I would be happy to inform you about the great chances and opportunities the Climate Pact, the ideas behind and directives offer. There it is, the answer, for a better environmental situation, how to stabilize and bring Europe's economy to a leading role and for deepening the social bindings in between the population. The momentum of the crisis must be used to accelerate the plans!

As an EU Climate Pact Ambassador, I am dedicated to advancing local and regional climate action. In addition to my ongoing awareness-raising efforts across various platforms, I will actively share climate updates and provide accessible information to enhance public understanding. I will expand my outreach by facilitating virtual debates and by collaborating with local communities and stakeholders to implement practical solutions aligned with the EU Climate Pact's objectives. Together, we can drive meaningful change and build a sustainable future for generations to come.

I am a naturalist with a master's degree in Sciences and Management of Nature. I am also a specialist of sustainability and climate change.

My mission is to change the cities in which the vast majority of people are living, especially the big ones. To make this possible I am now undertaking a master in Urban Regeneration. I would like to increase public awareness about the role of the public green in mitigating the urban heat island effect and increasing public health.

Underlying all change, however, is the creation of a new need. That is why it is necessary to make people aware about climate change and what can be done to increase the resilience of cities and their inhabitants. That is why, for the last three years, I have been a member of The Climate Route APS, a social association aiming to bring the public closer to the effects of climate change through a land expedition and a documentary, that will be disseminated in Italy, EU and non-EU countries.

I am a founder and leader of mission-driven tech based initiatives translating complex information into actionable impact.

I am co-founder of Atelier Terridis, a creative lab where youth engage with climate complexity through AI-powered data analysis and storytelling, and Parenteer, a knowledge-sharing platform and web app capturing parenting wisdom.

At SBNCLIMA, we facilitate the design, evaluation and continuous improvement of Nature-Based Solutions to build climate resilience, by applying the IUCN Global Standard for NBS whose professional certification we hold. We work with entrepreneurs, companies (large & SMEs), business associations and chambers of commerce, project promoters, administration technicians and public agencies, either online or in person at Ribering, our incubator, coworking & coliving in Aranda de Duero (Burgos, Spain).

The issue of climate change covers all spheres of life. In order for every inhabitant of the planet to be a participant in this process, it is necessary to have above all awareness on climate issues. 

Through theoretical and practical education among children and young people, I plan to achieve a better environmental culture, raise awareness and take personal responsibility.

Je suis président de la fondation & Association IPOMA, ambassadeur de Paix de la Fédération de paix universelle et dans ma fonction d’ambassadeur Pact Climat nous allons organiser plusieurs ateliers de formation et journées de sensibilisation dans des banlieues ou quartiers où il y a plus de familles en situation de précarité sur le climat, l’environnement et de sensibiliser les jeunes sur le développement durable.

Translation - I am the President of the IPOMA Foundation & Association, Ambassador for Peace of the Universal Peace Federation and in my role as Pact Climate Ambassador I am going to organise several training workshops and awareness-raising days in suburbs or neighborhoods where there are many families in precarious situations in relation to climate impacts and degraded evironment, aiming to raise awareness among young people on sustainable development. 

A passionate humanist, I love simple things and simple people. Admiring the beauty of our planet, I want to contribute in my own small way to its protection, so that future generations can still marvel at it and not be afraid of it.

As a Climate Ambassador, I will advocate for Ukraine’s green recovery and its contribution to Europe’s net-zero ambition. Even though we live in a very turbulent time, which jeopardises climate action progress, it also equips us with new arguments as to why we should keep pushing. Ukraine’s reconstruction can become a new European role model of how green technologies and climate-friendly solutions can boost the economy, acting as an inspiration for how development can occur alongside nature protection and preservation. I see creating demand for green reconstruction among Ukrainians and other Europeans as my contribution to a greener European Union. 

Empowering citizens to shape a greener Europe. By sharing our ideas and inspiring each other, we as Citizens and I as Ambassador, could multiply the collective impact. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I will lead by example and engage communities in climate action.

I am a climate sociologist, and I work with the climate plan of Rødovre Municipality in Denmark and local civic engagement. As a contact person for the Climate Youth Council of Rødovre, I facilitate the council's meetings and their communication with the local politicians of Rødovre. I also work to spread awareness and inspire climate action among the citizens of Rødovre by participating in events and speaking publicly. 

I was born in 2001 and I am from Krakow, Poland. My interest in environmental and energy issues started almost as soon as I began my law studies four years ago when I made working on energy law my main pastime. I recently connected with a Polish climate and anti-war initiative called Wschod, with whom I have cooperated ever since. My personal mission is to show people that there are several and efficient ways of affecting the course of climate policies and everyone is welcome to find their place in the actions for greener and more sustainable world. In the coming year, I plan to spread this message by organising workshops, talks and further trasmitting the findings of young energy analysts on crucial matters such as the energy poverty of youth. I also intend to engage the business partners of the renewable energy sector in which I work, in the climate movement. 

Climate change is one of the biggest issue of our century. Building a green Europe will be essential, and can even strengthen the European identity. Over the years, EU institutions have already developed some leading green frameworks within the scope of the European Green Deal. However, for this initiative to succeed, everyone has a part to play in Informing, Inspiring and Including EU citizens in this project. As an ambassador, I aim to facilitate this educational and awareness process.

I am a passionate photographer and filmmaker focused on environmental activism. My work utilizes visual storytelling to raise awareness about ecological issues and inspire action for a sustainable future. As an Ambassador, I will engage in workshops and events that promote environmental education and sustainable practices. I believe in the power of art to connect people with critical issues and am committed to fostering discussions on climate action.
