I am a data analyst at the Buildings Performance Institute Europe (BPIE), specialising in building decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and climate policy analysis. As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, I aim to bridge the gap between data and policy by translating complex research into actionable insights. Over the coming year, I will engage policymakers, researchers, and citizens through workshops, reports, and public discussions to promote evidence-based decisions.

If you can’t measure it you can’t change it. In my ambassadorship, I focuse on bringing science into the sustainability talks. I advocate the use of science based measures like lifecycle assessments and system-thinking to drive zero-carbon transportation and production.

Through my background in sustainable territorial development and climate change, my mission is to support the transition towards diverse regenerative futures. I seek to spark collective action within youth networks and local communities across Europe and beyond.

As an ambassador, I will support activities to create alliances among multiple societal stakeholders such as community-led initiatives, activists, the youth and citizens to promote climate and social justice at the heart of the transition.

At level of Local Authorities, we must raise awareness of the environment and sustainable development. Public Administration must turn to green development in order to save resources energy and money.

As a marine ecologist, with a PhD in climate-driven impacts on coral reefs, I am dedicated to public dissemination of up-to-date information on climate science, adaptation and mitigation measures. As a researcher and climate science communicator, I firmly believe that community understanding of the overwhelming importance of the climate change issue is key to generating the public support needed for achieving the stated goals of the EU and other relevant bodies.

Every green action begins within oneself. For the last 16 years since I have been involved in urban studies, spatial planning, arts, tourism, writing and now politics, I have always tried to make greener decisions - what I eat, where I go, how I work and move, and what I support. It might not always be easy or possible (yet), but being the change you want to see in the world can often also inspire others. And, I think, I now have the skills and power for that.

I am currently seeking inspiration and knowledge to strengthen my community's engagement in climate action. I would like to focus on creating regular opportunities for active participation and community-driven solutions. My previous experience with the EPAH project involved surveys, community consultations, and training sessions, where I noticed that, despite interest, it is not easy to engage families in disadvantaged situations.

I am a 27 years old researcher, climate action advocate from Turkey, and I want to share my research findings on the implementation of the Paris Agreement, climate laws, policies, and public awareness in Poland and Germany. Also, I want to use my skills to raise awareness about the climate emergency and its consequences, especially among people aged between 16 and 35 years old. My aim as a Climate Pact Ambassador is to draw attention particularly on the need for a systemic change and youth engagement in climate action.

I am a stubborn optimist with a love for life on Earth. Guided by this, I am one of 14 members of the UN Secretary-General's Youth Advisory Group on Climate Change 2025-2026, Training Manager of the Climate Youth Negotiator Programme and a researcher on desirable social-ecological futures. This is supported by experiences such as my role as Swedish UN Youth Delegate on climate and environment 2022-2023 and co-coordinating the Global Youth Biodiversity Network on global and European levels.

I am passionate about creating high-impact climate solutions by leveraging fundraising capital. Through my work in sustainable finance and initiatives like ASES France and the Stanford Sustainable Investment Group, I connect students, startups, and investors to accelerate green innovation, inspire climate action, and empower the next generation of changemakers across Europe.

Dr. Escribà-Gelonch is a flow chemistry researcher with expertise in the development and assess of sustainable processes, with a wide postdoctoral experience around Europe. His research interest lies in Circular Economy, the redefinition of waste and reuse of materials in food systems, solving complex problems through eco-friendly solutions. In 2016, he was awarded with the winning prize in Green Pharmaceuticals Research by Mountain Mogan International Summit on Green Pharmaceuticals.

Hello, my name is Nef and I live in Blanca, a small town in Murcia, in Spain.

Why do I want to be a European ambassador for the Green Pact? Because I live in an environmentally privileged place and it is necessary to make the population aware of its care and protection.

Every small action helps in the care and protection of the environment, we can all do our bit to a greater or lesser extent.

I am working in Granada Energy Office, doing already all of these things because of my job, so I would continue developing my job, supporting Granada province municipalities to implement solutions to tackle climate change, but as well, I am open to increase this effort participating in other institutions events (as I usually do), promoting these ambassador initiative among other local stakeholders that I know that could be ambassadors as well.

I am an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Journalism and Media Studies at the University of Groningen (the Netherlands). My research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of digital communication and social change, with a particular focus on environmental issues. I am also the coordinator of the climate disinformation section at “Learntocheck”, a non-profit media education project about disinformation and digital content verification. As an ambassador of the Climate Pact, I plan to counter climate disinformation by increasing the public's social media literacy. 

With a rich educational background, I bridge nutrition and climate action. I’ve led educational initiatives where I connected food choices with environmental impacts, inspiring audiences to adopt food sustainable practices. My extensive NGO experience includes crafting education plans and mobilizing communities, fueling my commitment to advancing sustainable food systems. I am committed to fostering collaboration and driving systemic change towards a healthier, climate-conscious Europe.

I am a PhD researcher developing sustainable batteries for electric vehicles to support transport electrification. I also host the Transition CrossRoads podcast, where I engage stakeholders on Africa’s energy transition and its multidimensional nature, distilling key insights to support stakeholders in making informed decisions to drive Africa’s energy transition goals.  My goal is to foster stronger Africa-EU collaboration on the implementation of the European Green Deal.

There is no solutios to climate change without the EU. I see my role as ambassador as that of capturing the attention and building citizens' understanding of the EU Green Deal and its success through people's ideas and participation. But my role is also to listen to citizens and let the EU know what they think and what they want in order to achieve together the ultimate goal: "A clean, sustainable and better world for us and future generations in an EU to be proud of".

As an active citizen, parent, teacher and enterpreneur, I’m committed to fostering awareness and action on climate change through education and community engagement. My focus includes promoting active mobility, ESGstrategies and gender equality by developing training programs and initiatives with an high transformative value. I aim to inspire local communities and organizations to embrace regenerative practices and systemic change for a better future, with impactful actions and knowledge sharing

I was the principal negotiator on behalf of my country at the climate change conferences between 1991 and 2010 and represented Hungary at the related EU-meetings. Afterwards, I attended such meetings as NGO-representative (e.g. Paris COP, 2015). Such topics were part of my publications and books. I teach environmental topics and regularly make presentations on them at various meetings.
