Niamh Barrett

I am a mother and mindfulness teacher and I've been on a learning pathway with Gaia Education for a number of years. My main focus is on implementing climate and ecological action at the local level. I work at the intersection of social, climate and ecological awareness and contemplative and dialogic practice. I believe that personal and interpersonal regeneration go hand in hand with the regeneration of the earth. Until we change our relationship to the earth we won't be able to care for it.
