As part of the International Association of Public Transport, I am pleased to work in an association leading the transition to sustainable urban mobility. I am involved in a campaign promoting the benefits of public transport and launching new action for regions and cities to help communicate positive messages on sustainable urban mobility. We will address regions and cities on the topic at the EU Week of Regions & Cities and will invite them to use a communication toolkit to launch action for promoting sustainable mobility at local level.

Our transport choice has an impact on the climate. We can all reduce our climate footprint by taking more public transport and promoting active modes of transport.
