Green REV Institute is a Polish think tank whose mission is to help build a world that respects people, animals and the climate. Its primary goal is to protect the human right to live in a clean environment and have access to a healthy and safe diet, through a comprehensive transformation of the food system.

The Institute's activities focus on advocacy and legislation, including legal monitoring for consumer rights, education initiatives such as the Plant Based School programme, and social mobilisation. It also delivers expert and educational activities through the Green Advocacy Academy, leads communication initiatives, produces documentaries under the REV.story label, and organises international events such as the European Vegan Summit.

Green REV Institute engages a wide range of stakeholders, including local communities (parents, students and local authorities), experts and decision-makers, as well as a network of over 30 non-governmental organisations affiliated with the Safe Food Federation and more than 100 partners within the Future Food 4 Climate coalition.
