European Youth Parliament (EYP)

The European Youth Parliament (EYP) network is the leading non-governmental organisation for civil education of young people in Europe. It inspires and empowers everyday thousands of young people to be open-minded, tolerant and active citizens through various events and the promotion of a non-formal political and civil education.

One of the EYP Luxembourg’s main goals is creating and implementing actions, varying in type (e.g. tools, events or policies) and level (local, regional, national network) that shape the future in a positive way, and creating an environment that fosters respect for nature and promotes greater commitment to protecting the climate and the environment.

Our aim is to engage citizens through conferences, debates and special days dedicated to the environment and the climate, as well as to improve dialogue with local authorities and citizens in our country on how best to put our climate and environmental policy commitments into practice.
