Over the last 15-years I have been helping organizations developing platforms to address sustainability in airline and automobile transportation through carbon neutral biofuels, plastic and electronic recycling technologies, and remote sensing (satellites and UAVs) for agricultural and atmospheric management.

As an ambassador I will provide on-line seminars to educate and train various organizational networks on ESG policy, renewable energy initiatives, and MRV to foster a net-zero economy.

My mission plan as an Ambassador includes:

• Bring together citizens and create a two-way worldwide conversation community platform designed for the climate/digital transition;
• Mobilize thinkers and makers to creatively shape sustainable futures;
• Share scientific information and raise awareness on topics related to climate change.

Thus, I continue to develop, as I did in Lisboa,  a platform committed to fostering a supportive community for everyone and the climate transition.

I lead a platform that aims to empower (not only) youth to be engaged and active. Hub (online and offline) provides opportunities to volunteer, network, learn and act. As climate justice initiative - we also provide safe space where the voice of the youth and disadvantaged population groups can be louder through activism, participation, active citizenship, volunteering and knowledge sharing. We tend to develop skills and build capacities in circular economy and climate change related topics.

Waste is visible, easy to explain to anyone and therefore a good starting point to raise environmental awareness, help to rethink and finally change one's personal behaviour.

According to the credo “Think global act local”, I am convinced that change starts at our own doorsteps and neighbourhoods from where anyone can affect the global situation - from bottom up through all ages and social classes.

Strong partnerships are required to fuel our goals and raise awareness for responsibility.

Jeg er uddannet miljøingeniør. Jeg er 55 år. til dagligt er jeg Direktør i Klimatorium. Jeg er gift og har 4 børn 8( alderen 13-22 år). Derudover ejer jeg et stykke skov og natur. I min fritid dyrker jeg natur, løb, Karate og jagt.

Mine mål som Klimaambassadør:

- Udbrede budskabet om klimapagten igennem mit hverv som Direktør i Klimatorium.

- 5 opslag pr. måned på sociale medier, om konkrete klimahandlinger jeg er involveret i.

- jeg faciliterer det årlige klimatopmøde, børneklimamøde, ungdomsklimamøde i Klimatorium

- Jeg arbejder målrettet på at Klimaudfordringer skal vendes til noget positivt. Det være sig som nye løsninger, nye jobs, spændende uddannelser, muligheder for at leve med klimaforandringerne.

- jeg vil være aktiv i samarbejdet med andre klimaambassadører i Europa og lære af andres erfaringer.

(translation) I am a 55 year old trained environmental engineer, and the Director of Climatorium. I am married and have 4 children 8 (ages 13-22 years). In addition, I own a piece of forest and nature. In my spare time I enjoy nature, running, Karate and hunting.

My goals as a Climate Ambassador:

- Spread the message of the Climate Pact through my role as Director of Climatorium.

- 5 posts per month on social media about concrete climate actions I am involved in.

- I facilitate the annual climate summit, children's climate meeting, youth climate meeting in Climatorium

- I work purposefully to turn climate challenges into something positive. Be it new solutions, new jobs, exciting education, opportunities to live with climate change.

- I want to be active in the collaboration with other climate ambassadors in Europe and learn from the experiences of others.

Lower Saxony is a wind energy producer, mobility state and industrial location rolled into one. We therefore play a decisive role in implementing the Green Deal in a socially responsible manner. We have created an important basis for this with the Lower Saxony Climate Act. As an ambassador, I would particularly like to ensure that we develop and use climate-friendly and climate-neutral technologies such as green hydrogen for the benefit of the environment and the people in the regions.

I am Carmen, a completely ordinary person who has her job, her friends, her family, her hobbies... and one concern: what will the world be like in 20 years? and... am I part of the problem or part of the solution?

With these questions in my mind several years ago I started living in a more sustainable way. But this was not enough for me.

The pandemic made me see that I could do more, that I could share my lifestyle with the world and help people that do not know exactly how, to start being more ecofriendly. This is how EcoGuilty was born.

Today, EcoGuilty is an incredible community of people who help each other to achieve a better world, to fight against climate crisis and to not go mad in the way. Through this journey I have learned a lot, but above all I have proved to myself that climate crisis awareness is not only for scientifics and politicians, it is for everyone and all of us can talk about sustainability. We must do it.

As a Pact Ambassador, I am committed to catalysing positive change by raising awareness, advancing education, and implementing tailored strategies for small and medium-sized production companies. My expertise in sustainable management, with a focus on strategic planning and cultural shifts, complements carbon accounting and highlights the proactive role individuals can play in addressing climate change.

Collaboration and knowledge exchange with local business networks and across borders are essential for effective climate action. The convergence of sustainability strategy, leadership, and carbon accounting is indispensable for an impactful approach. My goal is to guide SMEs towards adopting sustainable practices that reduce carbon emissions, all the while emphasising the critical importance of developing sustainable business operations for the well-being of future generations and the health of our planet.

I am 31 years old and I come from Prekmurje. As a child, I had cancer, leukemia. I am married, I am an activist, I have my own small business.

In elementary school I participated in the Eco-School programme, in secondary school I participated in the Eco-Parliament, in 2010 I was also the national champion in the Eco-Quiz. Nature, nature conservation and climate change have been with me all my life. I attended the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor. I am currently enrolled in a higher education program in Sustainable Development.

I also succeeded, as the only member of the Vesna Party - the Green Party, to become a municipal councillor of the Pomurje Region, that is the municipality of Turnišče.

When I was a child, I liked nature very much and this love still lasts. During my studies of ethnology and pedagogy I was very interrested also in eco themes. When I saw how the situation in my country gets worse, I´ve decided to make some concrete actions. Among other things in 2021 I organized Earth Day- Climate Crisis day (22.4) online with some Slovak museums parnership. I would like to share further informations about climate crisis, good examples of praxis, eco solutions and innovations. 

I am delighted to be part of a group of like-minded people. I will do my best to educate and share valuable information to students, teachers, school canteen staff, school communities, farmers and others by creating social media posts and writing blog articles for our Skutocne zdrava skola NGO. 

My passion is assisting companies and people in understanding the opportunities and requirements of the EU Green Deal, helping them to align their organisations with combatting the climate crisis. In my role as Head of Sustainability for the cleantech company neoom, I actively engage in the energy transition, focusing on decentralised renewable energy systems (ie. photovoltaics, battery storage, energy management). I attend and speak at events, advocating for sustainability from an organisational perspective and promoting the energy transition. Furthermore, I leverage my platform to educate on the climate crisis and its solutions with fact-based communication looking to engage others in conversations on the benefits of climate solutions. My expertise spans decentralised renewable energy, CO2 markets, and corporate sustainability, ensuring a comprehensive approach to advancing the EU's Climate Pact objectives.

The Horta Sud Foundation has been working with civil society for 50 years in order to stimulate and strengthen the social frame of the region leading to a process of social transformation subject to values ​​and criteria that emanate from society itself. Only through collective action will we be able to face the challenges of the future: energy waste mobility climate... As manager and representative of the FHS it is an honor for me to present our candidacy.

I am a medical doctor and biologist involved in a research program dedicated to environmental effects of pollution and climate change, on human health (risks of respiratory diseases, cancer, under and over nutrition effect and food sustainability). I am an advocate for health promotion and environmental health, between the city communities, schools, families, children and adolescent groups. I am active in social and web communication for young people, families, teachers and health professionals.

I am a circular economy and sustainable business professional. I have been in charge of sustainable businesses for more than 15 years, including as the Chief Marketing Officer of three listed companies. For the past 7 years, I have been responsible for Finland's largest second-hand marketplace and  CEO the largest second hand fashion e-commerce company in the Nordics.

As an ambassador, I intend to raise the importance of the circular economy in the discussion and bring concrete examples of the enormous opportunities that the circular economy opens up for climate work. I will especially raise the role of second-hand trade and sustainable consumption by appearing at events and writing about its concrete possibilities.

As a renewable energy enthusiast I would be happy to inform you about the great chances and opportunities the Climate Pact, the ideas behind and directives offer. There it is, the answer, for a better environmental situation, how to stabilize and bring Europe's economy to a leading role and for deepening the social bindings in between the population. The momentum of the crisis must be used to accelerate the plans!

In short, I want to save the world! I've a green heart and I want to do whatever it takes...to let my daughter see a bright and green future.

I will spread all I know about the EU's efforts on climate change so as about any initiative aimed at making a better, green and blue world.

The gratification of becoming part of the solution, with individual actions that can have a global positive impact is my greatest motivation, and that is why I am enthusiastic about being a European Climate Pact Ambassador.

My activities will focus on increasing awareness through social media, fostering virtual debates among concerned individuals and NGOs, sharing climate news, and updating information and definitions related to climate change to improve knowledge and consciousness.

I am a naturalist with a master's degree in Sciences and Management of Nature. I am also a specialist of sustainability and climate change.

My mission is to change the cities in which the vast majority of people are living, especially the big ones. To make this possible I am now undertaking a master in Urban Regeneration. I would like to increase public awareness about the role of the public green in mitigating the urban heat island effect and increasing public health.

Underlying all change, however, is the creation of a new need. That is why it is necessary to make people aware about climate change and what can be done to increase the resilience of cities and their inhabitants. That is why, for the last three years, I have been a member of The Climate Route APS, a social association aiming to bring the public closer to the effects of climate change through a land expedition and a documentary, that will be disseminated in Italy, EU and non-EU countries.
