From the ECSC to the EU, as we know it today, the problems of climate protection, energy and equitable development have been of foremost concern. We all know from our previous experiences that the great problems on the European continent have been solved only through cooperation and strong alliances. My mission as Ambassador is to raise awareness and sensitivity over climate change and sustainability issues, as well as energy topics such as energy poverty and security and fair green transition.

My mission is to support connections between those who care about our planet and our future. I will encourage those who are developing research and actions to be part of a community, finding resources and new visions. I believe that mainstreaming and commitment are the fundamentals for our collective fight.

With Stichting Mission Lanka, we are working on human right.

I wish to use the Ambassadorship to network together more eco-communities and engaged young and old people to support ambitious efforts for a societal transition to climate-neutrality. 

I believe networking together motivated persons is key to making a difference.

I am a passionate Climate Pact Ambassador with rich background in social action plans. I am the founder of the Running-Fluent Initiative, a ground breaking Initiative combining wellness, integration and environmental awareness, dedicated to shaping a sustainable future by cultivating a transformative power of unity, diversity, inclusivity, sustainable thinking and ensuring diverse voices contribute to the climate dialogue. I hold a BSc Food Sciences and Technology, MSc Green and Digital Management.

I have been working as an environmental educator for over 20 years. Mostly with students and teachers, fostering environmental programs at schools all over Czechia. In 2020 I led a national working group developing a first set of recommendations for climate change education in our country. Then we established a website aimed at supporting teachers through lesson plans on climate change. But I realised it is not just the young generation who is in need of education. So I wrote and published a book on climate change solutions, because there was no such book in Czech language. The book received very positive feedback and people wrote to me it helped them understand green transition and find their role in it. As a Climate Pact Ambassador I plan to focus on awareness raising of the influential public: business people, media and educators. I want to promote the distribution of the book to more people, talk about climate action at different events and use social media to spread the word.

I will create a local community focused on creating a more sustainable green environment.

I am Oliver, a biodiversity builder. As a Climate Pact Ambassador, I will help you and others to transform your eco-anxiety into action. I plan to raise as much awareness as possible through my work with Wildya, presence on social media, events etc.

For 2024, my ambitious plan is to help 30,000 people with their eco-anxiety, enabling me to restore 6000m2 of nature.

The next few years are decisive to get the climate crisis under control and preserve our natural resources. The current measures for protecting the climate, biodiversity, and forest, marine, and soil resources, are far from sufficient.

I would like to help to broaden the awareness on that and support the necessary transformation.

My background is within chemistry, but my professional life has been within enterprise continuity and resilience since more than 20 years now. Since then, I included in my portfolio of services and customers presentation the climate changes challenge that started to impact people and enterprises in most regions.

I'm an active citizen promoting environmental behavior by supporting individuals in taking action on climate change. I'm vegetarian with high level attitude on in recycling. 

Since I am a EU project manager, I'm supporting the institute where I'm working in submitting  projects on climate adaptation and mitigation action.

I'm also trying  to support local associations in participating in regional funds addressed to local awareness actions for climate change.

We cannot survive without two things: water and food. Both are closely linked with each other and are affected by climate change. The way we produce food right now is detrimental to our water supply and the diminishing of our water supply threatens agriculture.

It is my personal mission to transform as much hectares to sustainable regenerative farming. Using holistic design, agroforestry, food forests and agroecology. At the same time it is my goal to inspire millions of people to do the same.

Since 2007, I am working in the field of climate adaptation, as a professional at Wageningen Environmental Research, and as a voluntary.

When I started to work in communications, I also felt like to work with my hands in the clay, so to say. Together with dozens of people in my own neighborhood, we successfully put solar panels at hundreds of roofs from houses and schools; arranging electric cars to share; saving energy by insolating houses; built a new ecotown, and started a circular project.

With a Ph.D. in Ocean Sciences, I am currently working on unraveling the intricate journey of natural methane emissions in a warming world. My job as a scientist, together with my deep connection to nature and belief in the transformative power of knowledge, drive my fervent advocacy for scientific literacy and sustainability.

My passion lies in translating intricate scientific facts into compelling narratives that resonate with both academic and non-academic audiences. I especially focus on crafting relatable content in my native languages (Spanish and Catalan) to overcome language barriers in science communication.

As a climate ambassador, I am committed to disseminating the importance of natural methane emissions in the context of global warming. I aspire to bridge the gap between climate change and seemingly unrelated aspects of our daily lives, making such connections more evident. Finally, I plan to actively engage citizens in capturing and sharing the tangible effects of climate.

This is the most consequential decade in the history of humanity. We are in a race to reinvent the way we live on this planet sustainably by caring for all lives. If we don't, we will soon destabilize the Earth’s life support systems so much that the imbalance will overwhelm us and likely result in the collapse of organized human society. We cannot lose time to move towards an Ecological Civilization. We need to co-create this new world now. I am involved in concrete Climate Action Plans around the world. Thank you!

We are currently undergoing a massive transformation of our economic systems that in Europe is being driven by ambitious policy embodied by the European Green Deal. In this context, I am a young researcher committed to enhancing our understanding of climate policies, their socio-economic impacts and the financing required to support the transition to a green economy. My goal is to develop research that, beyond advancing an academic discipline, is impactful in reaching the relevant stakeholders, from industry to policymakers or civil society. 

Reaching climate neutrality in Europe by 2050 requires investing in new sustainable business models, skills and change behaviour in all sectors, with more innovative, resilient, circular and responsible approach.

In line with SDG 13 (Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impact) of the UN Agenda 2030, "All tourism stakeholders should play a leading role in the global response to climate change, by reducing its carbon footprint, in the transport and accommodation sectors".

I am a university student of economics with a great passion for social and environmental sustainability. I always like to remain informed and bring sustainability into my everyday life. With the aim of sharing my knowledge, I contribute to "The Path Of Fashion", an online platform with the purpose of raising awareness about the impact of the fashion industry. In this capacity I write articles, interview sustainable businesses and share information on related social media about the importance of conscious consumption.

I am a researcher in Italy in the field of educational research for INDIRE (National Institute of Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research). I am a trainer for public school teachers with Maria Chiara Pettenati in the field of sustainable development. I am an expert in educational methodology and I have proposed with the sociologist Giuseppe Losacco the methodology of Visual Didactic Activism (VDA), an adequate and new methodology for dealing with environmental and social issues.
