Description

In all aspects of climate action it is important to include those who will be impacted by the consequences of climate change. Yet, many projects fall short in including their stakeholders, giving them a voice and allowing them to co-shape solutions. Often this is driven by missing access to stakeholder engagement methods and lack of experience in systemic work.
We invite you to join an event on systemic stakeholder engagement in diverse climate action contexts, implementing Theory U methods. We hope the practical experience of our four prototyping teams will serve as guidance and inspiration to anybody involved in climate work. The event will be supported by experts, advising prototype teams how to advance their work and elevate impact.
Over the last few months 18 climate action teams across the EU have prototyped their ideas, following an MIT’s Presencing Institute curriculum, called u.lab. The European Climate Pact Ambassadors Hub teams have implemented stakeholder engagement tools offered by Theory U. Now it is their time to share with a wider ecosystem of those working for the planet, to encourage and inspire and show how simple stakeholder engagement can sometimes be.
