I am a dedicated advocate for environmental education and sustainability, backed by a strong background in English education. Over the past three years, I have actively engaged in various initiatives, including hosting a podcast that features insightful conversations with scientists on local sustainability issues and creating a dedicated section in a Canadian university journal to address campus environmental concerns. My commitment to sustainability extends to university projects like introducing beehives on campus, organising knowledge workshops, and implementing clothing collection drives for international students. My experience also includes a valuable internship at UNESCO, where I participated in global events like 'World Ocean Day.' As an Ambassador, I aspire to leverage this diverse background to educate and mobilise individuals on climate action, promote sustainability, and foster positive change within both local and global communities.
