Upcycling Crafts for All Ages: Giving Old Household Items a Second Life

Got old bottles or tin cans lying around? Join us in Trikeri’s Agia Triada square for a fun, hands-on upcycling workshop as part of the 5th Trikeri Cultural Festival, and learn how to turn everyday waste into practical treasures!

  • Training and workshops

As Director of Antissa and Climate Pact Ambassador, Olga Vlouchaki is hosting a hands-on community workshop that invites participants of all ages to rethink waste and embrace circularity by transforming everyday items into practical and beautiful objects.

Held in the picturesque Agia Triada Square in Trikeri as part of the 5th Trikeri Cultural Festival, the workshop encourages locals and visitors to bring clean, discarded items from home, such as glass bottles, drinking glasses, and small tin cans. Through creative crafting techniques, participants will upcycle these materials into functional everyday objects while exploring the value of reuse, waste reduction, and sustainable living.

The activity aims to raise awareness of responsible consumption and local sustainability, demonstrating how simple creative actions can contribute to a more circular and environmentally conscious community.
